Hey there! I had my setup call with Ryan Pappano, who’s a great guy—down to earth and no nonsense. I could totally see myself grabbing a drink with him. He was also very easy to get a hold of, which I really appreciated. Ryan took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly what I was getting into with Eminence. I decided to go with the dual plan, which includes both Eminence Forex and Eminence Gold. So far, I’ve only used the Gold plan for around 6 weeks. It’s clear to me that they’re doing their best to take care of customers. The market has been tough lately because of Trump’s tariffs, so conditions haven’t been ideal for trading. Still, Eminence kept us in the loop and even paused trading for a bit until things calmed down. In just 4 weeks of actual trading, I’ve seen an 11.5% return, which is great. My goal was 5% compounded interest per month, and I’m doing even better than that, despite the tough market. Even though my experience is short, I’m feeling good about where things are headed. I was told that part of my issue might have been with my broker TastyFx. I decided to give them another go with their recommended broker OX Securities since they had a 10% return for November. Their support seems to be getting better as well. I didn't alter their settings. In response to EP's reply, my issue with EP isn't about the drawdown, it's that I got a margin call and emailed them right away for guidance but didn’t get a quick reply. They talk a lot about their results from the start, but if you check their MYFXBook page, you'll see the best results were in the beginning and they've been getting worse over time, except for November. I am giving them another shot.

Their customer service is quick to respond whenever I have any concerns or need assistance. Their trading programs give me a chance to diversify my portfolio. I believe it will be a great long-term savings plan for my future.

Definitely had some times when over 10% of my money was lost because of what I think are trading mistakes. The company has admitted these were issues needing fixes in the trading algo. Because of this, I still haven’t gotten back the original fee I paid for the service. If we can make it through the next 3 months without big daily losses, I might start seeing a positive return. Still, the main problem is there is no real support. Sending emails usually gets no reply. Sometimes there’s a post on the Telegraph channel. Other than that… no answer. Thanks for replying to my review. If you are answering my support tickets, I’m not getting them. If someone could please reach out to me directly using the email in my profile, that would be great. I’m hoping to fix this problem.

I have been using eminence pro for some time now. At first, setup was easy, interface was clear, and things worked fine, but when problems appeared, getting help took way too long. You wait and wonder what’s going on. I then tested a new project with coastfirehq.com and their contract looked good. They keep in contact.

Super Disappointed

I have invested in 2024 paid 15k for their bot and invested 20k. My today’s revenue is around 0.00001%. This bot is hell of a disappointment also lost 15k. I don’t know what to say when they going to ask for $250 maintenance fee i believe. In the market their are so many bots better than this. When i asked **** (account manager), he said you have to invest in our program. Which is more expensive and i have invest more money. Now they have assigned new account manager ****, which replies after two or three days every time. In short don’t invest here. I would give negative starts of there is a option for that.

I reached out to support, but they ignored me for a while. Usually, they fix things fast, but this time it took much longer. After many weeks of waiting, I got connected with someone who helped me get back into my account and withdraw my funds safley.

Invest at your own peril!

I already wrote and re-wrote my review on trust pilot twice and both times it got taken down because clearly trust pilot isn't independent nor do they have integrity. Eminence Pro lost half my nest egg before I pulled the rest out. Their money back guarantee is BS, of course. But of course it's your choice if you want to invest but you've been warned.

Garbage

They mislead you. There are no safe guards in rapid drop. Lost 30% in 3 day while they still earn commissions. Then they ghost you. I had one trade alone today that lost 6300.00. They highest they won was 1300.00 which they earn a commission. Stay away from this.
