If I could give it zero stars

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I bought Microsoft Home and Business for my home computer from Mychoicesoftware.com. While it worked on my computer, it was not clear on their product page that this is NOT a transferable or reloadable product. When I tried to reinstall it on a new computer, Microsoft informed me it was NOT meant for consumer sale (see screenshot) and used a developer license. Despite reaching out to Mychoicesoftware customer support, I was told it was clear on the product page, and since I loaded it once, they considered it fulfilled. For a $20 savings from the full Microsoft license, I now have no ability to reload a product not intended for resale. My advice: spend a little extra, buy directly from Microsoft, and have a product you can reload as needed for its true lifespan. Disappointing customer service and even more disappointing they sold a product that shouldn't have been sold and did NOTHING about it.

I've had a rather frustrating experience with this software company. I purchased their software, only to discover that it couldn't load on my computer due to insufficient storage. When I contacted their customer support, they advised me to call for assistance. However, the real trouble began there. I made two separate calls, and on both occasions, I was put on hold for extended periods and ultimately disconnected without any resolution. Complicating matters further, when I contested the charge with my credit card company (AMEX) and sought a refund, the software company expressed a desire to handle the issue directly. This has resulted in a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, with lots of red tape involved, while all I truly want is a straightforward $100 refund for software that I couldn't use due to technical limitations on my older computer.
