The clothes are really nice, I wore a dress to a party and it looked great. But I ordered something on 2nd December and still haven't gotten it. I tried reaching out to customer service, but no reply yet. I needed the clothes for a special occasion, which has already passed, so I just want to know when I'll get my order. I might have to send the items back.

The tracking system didn’t show any updates about where the items were or when they might arrive. This was annoying, especially since I ordered dresses for a particular event and couldn’t be sure they’d arrive in time. The return process requires emailing someone directly to ask for a return. Customer service wasn’t very helpful, and they even suggested I keep items that didn’t fit, even though I explained I didn’t need them anymore. The sizing is also all over the place. Some items were too big while others were too small, even though they were the same size.

No response. RETURNING TO THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE. Other reviewers have faced the same issue. The only reason for the 2-star rating is the dress I ordered was nice. Otherwise, their customer service is terrible.
