Refurbished to fail

I ordered 2 phones from Rebello at the end of December. The battery on mine went bad in about 6 months. I couldn't send my phone back because I couldn't be without one, so I replaced the battery myself. Reebelo, per their policy, wouldn't repay me. My husband's phone had twoa battery life and microphone problem after 7 months. We did send the phone back for repair, but after 2 weeks without a phone, I got a message from Reebelo that they couldn't repair or replace the phone and were crediting me back for my purchase. So, my husband has been without a phone for 2 weeks and now we have to wait 2-5 days to get our money back, AND we have to find a new phone. This escapade was not worth it. I would NOT recommend Reebelo as it appears their phones are refurbished to fail!

I purchased a mobile phone.

I purchased a mobile phone. When I made the purchase, I saw in the description that the mobile phone was supposed to come with either 8 RAM or 12 RAM. Before buying, I made sure to request the 12 RAM version. But, when the phone arrived, I didn’t hear back about my request. Then, an employee responded and mentioned there was an issue. He apologized. When I asked about the RAM, the employee told me it was 6 RAM. But isn’t the Samsung S20 5G supposed to only come with 8 or 12 RAM? Why is there 6 RAM in the phone? Did I receive a different model? I would like some clarification.

Reebelo Canada has No customer service after you purchase

Reebelo Canada sells refurbished electronics. I purchased a 14" Dell 7410 laptop with a 2 year extended warranty my order # **** purchased Oct. 24, 2025. Ive not been able to contact customer service as apparently they dont have one! Once you buy there is no way to get in touch with them! Therefore my $106 extended warranty is just an expensive joke to who ever this company is run by! I have a contact number. ****. This man was non plussed and asked how I got his number! You all might try to get him to respond to your flights. Didn't work as yet for me!
