I've used Fasthosts for around 15 years and their service has always been stable, with friendly and helpful customer support. I wanted to add the web builder to my hosting plan (which looks simple and clear so far) and contacted Cristian on live chat. He showed me every step of the upgrade and it all went smoothly with no problmes.
