    The Agent was very good but I still didnt get a digital copy of the policy in my email. They said it would take a couple of minutes. Now its been a few hours.

    Just so past customers know:

    Just so past customers know: This sketchy operation, running a call center near Reading, Pennsylvania, is no longer active after FBI and IRS looked into it. The listed address at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 isn’t where Quick Health is really located. That’s actually the site of The Corporation Trust Center, maybe where Quick Health once filed some kind of paperwok. A legit health insurance business from Texas with the same name got some bad press cause of the mix-up.

    While working on my taxes for 2024, I noticed I was billed $129.99 and $59.99. I called your customer service, and they confirmed that I don't have a policy, yet they still refused to give me my money back. If I could, I’d rate you with negative stars. PURE SCAM. Now when I try to post this review, it's asking for my password!!!

    This company is not honest.

    This company is not honest. They reached out to say I had to renew a policy, but when I canceled it, I didn’t get my money back. This is now the second time it hapened. I have all the proof and right now Seguro, which was once called Quick Health, still owes me more than 7000 dollars.

    This company is a complete scam and they should be taken to court for their dishonest actions. They charged me multiple times after I closed my account, amounting to more than $400. They never refunded my money, just kept giving me excuses and never fixed the problem.

    This company tricked me into giving them my credit card details on the phone, and they charged $1,800 to my bank card which was already marked for fraud. This is unacceptable. I will report this to the authorities and demand a refund.
