I usually get cakes for holidays and family birthdays. This time, Thomas wasn't there to set up pickup for my dad's birthday cake. I needed it on May 15 instead of May 16. The staff I talked to were unhelpful and rude. I won't buy cakes or shop here again.

Every time we get burger meat

Every time we get burger meat from Publix it's always expired. Doesn't matter if we bought the meat the same day we're going to cook it and the expiration date is far off, the burger meat is always expired.

Big shoutout to the deli people at Fletcher and Dale Mabry, they do a good job! The food always nice and looks good. Like the extra hot food. Thanks to Bismarck for nice service with a smile!

On March 26, 2024, I placed an order through Instacart for three items at Publix. Shortly after, I was notified that the shopper had begun preparing my order. However, out of the three items I requested, only one was available. It's concerning that Publix would list products for sale that they don't have in stock. If something is out of stock, they shouldn't ask the customer to substitute it with something similar.
