I did my test at home with a proctor. I was not fully aware of all of the guidelines so it took some time for me to get through the whole screening process. The one thing I did not like, it that the proctor was able to turn off my printer from their location, which somehow disconnected my scanner and it was difficult to get it fixed. But, overall, it was a good experience and I was able to take the test and pass it from an environment I am most comfortable working in.

The content didn't offer any more help than what I got from the university course. I actually performed worse on the practice quizzes compared to the university material. I also think there should be more sample quizzes focused specifically on Indiana, rather than just separate category quizzes. Some people only need to pass the state part after passing the national one, so it would be better if the final sample quiz didn’t combine both parts in the material given.

I had significant issues with the company. Despite purchasing the same program twice, I faced launch problems and unhelpful customer service. Initially promised a refund that never materialized, I was advised to repurchase, only to encounter the same launch issues. Conflicting information and a lack of resolution left me frustrated and dissatisfied. My time and energy were wasted, with no access to the purchased program and no refunded money.

Psi's policies and technical support

Psi's policies and technical support left me quite disappointed. I expected to use a pen and paper for notes during the exam as suggested in my resource book, but was told otherwise during the test. This put me at a disadvantage, and when seeking help, I received no solution from technical support, only laughter. Test takers should be wary of Psi's unclear policies and unhelpful support.

I think the company is good, but the test questions don't match the test, making it hard to choose answers. I like the system though, practicing tests, seeing wrong answers, and studying those areas... is great!

The practice test was really useful and improved my experience a lot. The questions were all about what the exam focuses on, so it made understanding the exam easier and helped me get a good result.
