I'm disappointed by the lack of communication regarding what's included and excluded from coverage. I was promised both an email and a paper copy through mail, but it's been over 6 months and I've received nothing.

I still haven't received any information regarding what is covered and not covered by the insurance. I was informed that I would receive this information via email and through postal mail. However, it's been over six months, and I haven't received anything yet.

I told them about our situation

I told them about our situation with the bank replacing our debit card, but they didn't seem to care. We had purchased the plan just a month before the cutoff date, and they refused to reinstate it. They're just as unhelpful as other car warranty companies out there. Their reply: Well, maybe sending an email explaining the situation due to illness could have gotten you a response. Thank you for your update. Unfortunately, the bank canceled 😡 the card because it had been compromised. There's still an old-fashioned way to communicate using paper and mail. Our family could have explained the situation to you. Thanks again for NOTHING! 😡
