The company has some issues with payment
by Mesut

The company has some issues with payment through the app. My money got drawn 3 times and it still didn't show as paid. Even with a new ticket and a new payment method I tried, using the 7-eleven shop payment, I still had problems. Plus, the ticket mail was late, not coming just after payment.

First time traveling with Greyhound
by Sarah

First time traveling with Greyhound in ages. Trip was chill and I learned stuff, saw tiny towns not on highways. Transfer time was cool, had food, facilities, and rest spots in big areas, with helpful staff. Students were nice.

The website was simple to use.

The website was simple to use. Booking was easy. Prices were fair. I appreciated being able to choose my seats and pay a bit more to ride without neighbors.

Greyhound disappoints once more.
by Geerman

Greyhound disappoints once more. Stranded in Orangeburg due to a non-existent bus connection to Charleston, the Xpress travel center staff confirmed it ceased in November 2023. Despite Greyhound's website indicating otherwise, the reality is starkly different. Paying a hefty $400 for a taxi to Charleston was our only option. Greyhound remains indifferent, leaving passengers stranded without refunds. The company's unreliability and refusal to rectify false information on their site showcase a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. A regrettable experience, and I won't be choosing Greyhound again.

Absolutely infuriating experience
by Quang Huỳnh

Absolutely infuriating experience with this company! Arrived late, causing me to miss connecting transportation. No buses for the next 2 days, leaving me stranded. Forced to take a costly Uber, spending over $60. Customer service was useless, refusing a refund for the missed trips. Lost over $100 in tickets, plus additional expenses. This ordeal resulted in missing a crucial family Christmas night. Wishing nothing but bankruptcy for Greyhound. A truly abysmal, wretched company that left me stranded and ruined a special occasion.

Traveling from Minneapolis to Chicago, we faced a nightmarish journey
by Thomas Williams

Traveling from Minneapolis to Chicago, we faced a nightmarish journey. One of the drivers posed a serious threat, leading us to involve the police. The bus itself was in poor condition with visible damage and malfunctioning electrical systems. The overall state of the facilities was deplorable. This was undoubtedly the worst travel experience I've encountered, even surpassing my time in Desert Storm. I strongly advise against using this service for anyone's safety and well-being.
