When I tried to reach out, I encountered only automated responses and silence. Even emails to James Smiley went unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise caution before dealing with CarVIO, as you might end up with frustration and unanswered questions, just like me.

Horrible ordeal with this company. Constant calls and texts, compelled to visit a notary and shell out money. Two weeks later, I'm burdened with a car and a title in their name. They evade calls and texts, leaving me stranded. An absolute nightmare of an experience.
