    Freed trial is a scam!

Freed trial is a scam! They debit your card immediately and then They tell you they cannot issue refunds! I asked them to delete my data and issue a refund. They deleted the data and claimed they cannot issue a refund because my data has been deleted and cannot be undone! Thrives! I don’t even use the site or find it useful. Terrible. Do not bother with what they call a free trial. And get this - they charge you for an annual subscription so it’s very heavy. And they cannot return your money. I will report this to the highest levels until I get my money back!

Steer clear of Pluralsight at all costs.

Steer clear of Pluralsight at all costs. Don't purchase anything from them because canceling your paid plan is nearly impossible. They are deceitful and dishonest. I canceled my subscription, yet they continue to send me bills, even threatening to send my account to collections if I don't pay. This is a disgusting business practice. Just like Adobe, they make it hard to cancel without incurring a fee—these companies are becoming more and more aggressive. Avoid.

    So, about this company...

So, about this company... Ah, yeah, I gotta say, not good vibes at all. Like, you can't even delete payment stuff or end a biz subscription on their site. They're all like, "Oh, just shoot an email to someone," but then that person ghosts you for weeks. And get this, I had to remind them 'bout their PCI duties. Nah, not cool.

Initially, they're a total rip-off, and their support is really bad.

Initially, they're a total rip-off, and their support is really bad. I had to use their services because my job at Bell Canada required it, but you can find much better courses on Udemy! They don't seem to care about helping you even when you're paying them. I asked for help, but Taneja Sambhav, if that's even a real person, never showed up for the Zoom meeting they scheduled at 11:30PM, which is like 9:30 in India. Not worth your time, just skip it.
