Customer service doesn't exist. Service is not free, they just take your money and don't care about your issues. Be ready to pay a lot of money to chat there. My personal experience, I felt like I got scammed. Will I use them again? Definitely not. I do not recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies. Scam, scam, scam. Live and learn , really bad experience

I wasn’t sure about this site at first since I hadn’t even finished my setup before getting lots of messages. But then I chatted with one lady and she was really nice. I just wish chatting didn’t cost money. It’s annoying to feel pushed to buy credits. There should be a way to chat for free. I don’t want to talk to anyone else, only this one special flower!

After chatting with someone I really connected with, I hit a snag. We can't keep talking because of the cost. I can't afford to pay for credits, which is a bummer. It would be better if they offered a monthly payment option, but they don't. I'll have to look elsewhere for a service that allows monthly payments.

I would have given more stars but the credits you have to buy to have a chat the prices are ridiculous! What about those that are on a fixed site income and can't afford it? Just a tease to allow you free credits that run out just as you're starting to get to know someone.
