Additionally, my attempt to close my account was met with resistance, as they insisted on a discharge, raising concerns about the security of my data. Lastly, the continuous price hikes for seemingly trivial features, coupled with the removal of valuable ones, paint a picture of a company more focused on profit than improving services. The recruitment of seemingly unhelpful personnel adds to the frustration. I have concrete evidence, including the names of unhelpful agents and their inability to address concerns without resorting to company policies. To any authority or genuine agent reading this, I implore you to thoroughly investigate this website. I have evidence of numerous irregularities and a clear demonstration of poor service. My account is now blocked, and I suspect they retain my information, making it an unsafe environment for users.
