After paying the fee on November 26, I saw an automatic renewal took place on December 3. As soon as I noticed it, I reached out within an hour. The assistant was helpful. The most important thing is the result. I am now waiting.

Total scam.

Total scam. They charge for a monthly subscription even though it’s not what was agreed upon. They say they’re 'clear' about billing, but it’s almost deceitful. I’ve reached out to the billing team for a refund and a better explanation.

Pdfaid.com is the worst PDF editor I’ve ever used.

They don’t tell you about the download fee until the end. I paid, and now they’re taking money from my account every month. Support won’t respond. Avoid this shady site!
