BE CAREFUL WHEN SUBSCRIBING, as it could cause issues with your credit card. You can cancel within 7 days. After that, you'll be charged monthly, so cancel before the trial ends if you don't want to continue. THE SERVICE IS OKAY, but a bit pricey. You can't edit your profile details like email or payment method easily. Email them or use their contact button to make changes. There's an unsubscribe option under plan and billing settings. Your credit card will notify you of charges. Follow their instructions to cancel hassle-free.

Total RIP-OFF!!!!! They said it was $1 for a single service, no sign I was signing up for anything, and then out of the blue, they took $49 from my account 5-6 days later. I rushed to cancel, but they use sneaky, dirty tricks to block you from canceling, like asking "are you sure...?" They even quickly let you pay $10 instead of $49... Avoid these folks; they'll probably change their 'business model' and take more than $49 from you as this is not fair. Dislike companies like this.

I’m returning... they also took 49 euros from my account. It’s clearly a scam when I only agreed to a payment of 1.45 euros. Plus, the electronic signature on the PDF didn’t work. Only what I saw, printed or sent by mail, vanished without a trace.

Total scam. They charge for a monthly subscription even though it’s not what was agreed upon. They say they’re 'clear' about billing, but it’s almost deceitful. I’ve reached out to the billing team for a refund and a better explanation.

I paid 1.45 euros for 7 days, and there was no information anywhere that after the 7 days, I would be charged a 49 euro subscription. They are unreliable and rely on deceiving customers. Be careful with this site.

I never agreed to a monthly payment, all I agreed to was a singular usage for a day, 1.45 USD. And just a few days later they charged me with 49 USD payment. Total SCAM.
