I ordered 4 mugs, but one arrived with a large dent.
I ordered 4 mugs, but one arrived with a large dent. The box itself was also damaged. I sent an email with photos to the company, and within 10 minutes, I got a reply saying they had already sent a replacement mug! It's clear they care about their customers.
