My recent experience with Palmetto State Armory (PSA) has been deeply frustrating and disheartening. I had set out to build two AR-15 rifles for an upcoming hog hunting trip in Georgia with my son, so I purchased a couple of uppers from PSA a little over a month ago. PSA refused to sell these lower receivers to me, citing New Jersey's stricter gun laws as the reason. While I appreciate adherence to state laws, this left me in a frustrating predicament. I had already invested in the uppers, and PSA was unwilling to provide a complete solution. Moreover, the customer service experience was less than stellar. PSA operates primarily through email, and I encountered challenges with timely responses and the inability to engage in direct conversations. This experience left me deeply disappointed, as I had invested time, money, and trust in this company, only to face a roadblock without a clear resolution.

The staff here are really good and helpful.

The staff here are really good and helpful. I've been coming here to shoot for a while, mostly on weekends. Just became a member, which was sorted easily by the staff. I shoot enough to make the membership worthwhile. Only problem is some lanes, including AR ones, have been out of action for months. And now, about half of the other lanes aren't working right. They need to fix them, especially since the nearest competition, Richmond WR, is closed because of a fire. Also, today the A/C wasn't working properly, it was really hot. Staff's great, but they need to fix the equipment to keep customers happy.

I purchased a PSA .308 on November 24

I purchased a PSA .308 on November 24, 2023, and after firing it only 15 times, the forward assist became stuck, rendering the trigger and safety non-functional. I returned the gun to the store on November 30, 2023, with the assurance it would be sent back to the factory. Unfortunately, it's been nearly six weeks, and my attempts to contact the store (30 phone calls and an email to customer service) have been fruitless, with no human response. Frustratingly, a 90-mile trip has already been made to return the firearm. Disappointing customer service experience.

I recently made a purchase from PSA, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The firearm I received differed significantly from the one depicted on their website, causing confusion upon delivery to my FFL. Shockingly, the company refused any returns for the item. PSA's lack of clarity regarding the transfer process added to the frustration. This ordeal has left me with a strong resolve to never patronize PSA again.

The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, and they never pressure you into buying. The only minor downside is that they won't match website bundle prices.

Smooth ordering and selecting a FFL transfer. Very fast shipping and fair pricing. Always having good sales and items in clearence. Highly recommend using PSA! Only issue I had was my PSA sticker was damaged. However life goes on! Give them a try!
