Disappointingly, some of the mats I received were damaged, likely due to inadequate packaging. Despite reaching out to customer service about the issue, my attempts to communicate went unanswered. This lack of response further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the purchase experience.

The mat I got doesn't match my existing

The mat I got doesn't match my existing ones even though they're from the same brand and supposedly the same color. My light gray mats are actually light gray, but this new "light gray" one is light purple. The return policy is bad, so I have to sell it on Facebook Marketplace.
