My first Chat Customer

My first Chat Customer Service person gave me wrong info twice (!) and sadly didn't know enough about the product to answer my question about package ID & tracking. This made me very unhappy and frustrated. But I didn't give up easily. I found the website Customer Service portal and emailed my concerns. I was surprised by the response from the agent - Breanah. She was amazing! Her professionalism, empathy, friendly and quick service was better than I expected. The item sent to New Zealand was a Care Package for my family affected by Cyclone Gabrielle. Breanah restored my confidence, did what she said she would, contacted her agents in Florida, and reassured me that my concerns were addressed & my package was on its way to NZ. Even though when it arrived, the contents were a mess, Breanah's actions ensured that I will use PackageHopper again for sending stuff to NZ. I know now that every item will be opened and checked, and that NZ Customs will charge GST if the info provided isn't enough. PackageHopper handled everything here! I'm grateful to Breanah and her agents - thank you & God Bless you!

I sent a package well ahead of time for my stepson's birthday, thinking I had everything sorted. The shipping cost was much lower than going through USPS or FedEx directly, which was a relief. After dropping it off at FedEx, I realized I needed customs sheets, which wasn't clear initially. The package journeyed through Paris, West Africa, and some small country, but then got stuck for over a week. Dealing with customer service was a hassle; I had to speak with multiple people to figure out that I needed a broker and to open a FedEx account. It was chaotic. Despite the ordeal, the package did eventually arrive a few days after my son's birthday, and thankfully, there were no extra charges. Still, the experience was so stressful that I'm hesitant to use them again.

I tried their service to purchase a FedEx package. I paid for it, and the package arrived. However, for the past six months, FedEx has been demanding $200 from me. It seems this company is dishonest and doesn't settle its bills with FedEx. When I reached out a few months ago, they claimed to have invoice problems with FedEx and promised to resolve it. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and now they're blaming FedEx for the issue. I strongly advise against using this untrustworthy company!

Avoid this company. Despite meticulously wrapping gifts, they arrived in Norway with all paper, tags, and bows removed. MyPackagehopper seemingly opened the box, carelessly discarding all wrapping. Contents looked haphazardly thrown in, and the overall service was disappointing. No cost advantage was evident. Steer clear of these services.

My experience with PackageHopper has been challenging. I sent a package to Mexico, and it got stuck at the border with customs. Trying to resolve the issue, I contacted DHL, but the package ended up back at PackageHopper without my details. It turns out PackageHopper uses their address for all international shipments, complicating the return process. To retrieve my package, I had to incur additional costs and purchase a return shipping label. The situation was frustrating, and I had to spend more money to finally get my package on its way.
