I'm writting to share my great unhappiness with Onlyfans' customer service about a fake transaction on my debit card. On August 3, 2024, a charge of $200 was made to my debit card, with the beneficiary listed as Onlyfans.com London Gbr. I contacted my bank right away to report the fake activity, but they could not reverse the transaction because it was already done. They told me to get in touch with Onlyfans to fix the problem. Despite trying many times to reach Onlyfans' customer service, I have not been able to contact anyone who can help me. There is no clear way to report this fake charge, and I feel completely stuck in this situation. I am asking for a quick look into this issue and a full refund of the unauthorized charge. I am shocked by the lack of help and security given by Onlyfans.

I was hopin' to hear that you have taken quick action against Molly Grace. To this, I mean she's permanently removed from Onlyfans for violating terms and conditions. Also, she scammed me out of forty pounds and still on your platform. For anyone wanting to subscribe to Molly Grace's Exclusive, please do not and save your money and spend it on yourself. OnlyFans will always protect the creator even though she knowingly and deliberately conned me out of forty pounds. For non-delivery of goods. Why is she still able to operate? Well, I don't know.

This company has serious problems. It's not fair that Molly Grace gets away with bad stuff, but regular people like me get banned. OnlyFans doesn't care about us. They should stop Molly Grace and help us. If they don't fix this, I might have to do something bad.
