I’ve spent a lot of money on this site.

I’ve spent a lot of money on this site. Despite paying for the required credits to get access to contact info, I couldn’t get any. The website lacks any real features and feels like a total waste. I’m now checking what steps I can take to get my money back for a product that was never delivered.
