Fast and easy, they actually give you a shot when others say no. Took me under 2 minutes to apply and less than 2 minutes after that the cash was in my account! My credit isn’t great, pretty much terrible really, but Ondal still helped me out when many others wouldn’t. Now I can fix something urgent, big thanks to Ondal, really good service! So, if you're in the same spot or need quick money for any reason, try Ondal. I’m sure they won’t let you down!

What made my experience good was how fast I got the money directly in my account so I could pay my bill on time. I was close to having my phone disconnected, but now it’s all fixed thanks to ONDAL. I will surely tell all my friends and family about them.

I'm giving them four stars cause they do help you sometimes but I can't give five stars since if you pay back early a couple times you might suddenly be denied from applying again or at least that's how it feels. Customer service don't always reply to emails either.

Trying to reach about my loan since my payment will be 2 days late, but your emails get no response, and you say open till 7:30pm yet closed when I call at 6:22. I have called and emailed many times and it feels like its easier for you to charge me late than to provide a way for me to leave a message.

So ondal you say email me but I have tried many times to get help and no reply for ages and then I am paying what I can back and you keep adding interest daily nearly £500 loan and interest and I paid back about 200 already and as I asked very early can you let me spread payments to manage as can't do all at once and you have caused me more stress and worry and ignoring my messages and I complained within your company at ondal and told all sorts and now I have to take it to financial ombudsman because I feel you havent been very helpful and not like you should have been. I am a sen mum of 5 kids with disabilities myself and you say online about no financial hardship etc for customers. I feel treated unfairly and I have been honest giving early notice I would struggle but no help and only more distress and financial pressure. Also your emails which one is better manned and faster as the support one I used seems unmanned and thats why delayed so long and not helping me. Also to pay 50 for three months owing nearly 500 pounds how does that work and then more interest added so back to start again so you make more money from me.
