    I used Mopla to buy the Deutschland ticket

    I used Mopla to buy the Deutschland ticket while my parents were here from NZ. We canceled the tickets on the 9th of the month, on time. I was still charged 49€ for the month even though my parents had left. I’m sure I followed the cancellation steps correctly, despite their tricky user interface that seems designed to make cancellation difficult. It’s disheartening that companies operate this way, tricking people into losing money.

    I've been using this app for some time.

    I've been using this app for some time. My credit card got stolen, and now that I have a new one, I can't enter the information. I contacted support, but they haven't responded. I also can't delete my account. Now, I'm hoping to get help or at least a reply through this.

    Mopla worked well for me and I like

    Mopla worked well for me and I like that you can cancel the Deutschland ticket subscription just a day before the end of the month. When I bought it from DB the first time, I got charged for 2 months since you need to cancel too early. Mopla's policy is much better.

    Absolut super, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Da ich das DE Ticket nicht jeden Monat brauche, ist die Pausefunktion wirklich eine tolle Hilfe. Auch die Zahlung und alles andere war schnell und einfach erledigt. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

    Immer nur positieve Erlebnisse gehabt. Aus Versehen habe ich für mich, statt für meinen Sohn das Deutschland Ticket gekauft. Die Rückzahlung war einfach. Auch schnell abbestellbar. Gut gemacht!

    We use MoPla for our staff.

    We use MoPla for our staff. Once a ticket is set up, it works well. The signing in and out of staff now goes smoothly after initial issues. However, we'd like a summary for the invoice to see which tickets are being billed.

    Seems like the best way to use the D-Ticket. After an initial problem because the pause function seemed to be ignored, it was sorted out. There was actually no charge. The software still seems not fully developed yet.

    I tried to start a subscription on 01.01.

    I tried to start a subscription on 01.01. Both my credit and debit cards showed €0 as the amount to be charged, so no subscription was opened. MoPla told me the next day that this is normal and that the charge is just for verification. I would have to order again. Since I needed the DeutschlandTicket on the morning of 02.01, I bought it from another place.

    I strongly advise against using Mopla

    I strongly advise against using Mopla. My experience was a nightmare. I subscribed for one month and canceled on the last day, but they extended it for another month, claiming cancellation only applies after the next month. The very next day, they attempted to charge my card, which failed due to insufficient funds. Shortly after, I received threats of legal action over the "outstanding debt." Despite multiple requests to settle the amount, their support team repeatedly tried charging an old card that was briefly linked to my account but had been replaced with a new card in my settings. When I pointed this out, they ignored my emails and kept reminding me of the debt. Frustrated, I transferred the payment directly and requested confirmation, only to be told my subscription would continue until they processed the payment—despite my explicit instructions to cancel. In summary, I used their service for two weeks, paid €100, and wasted countless hours dealing with their incompetent support. Avoid Mopla at all costs.

    I believe this is the most rigid company

    I believe this is the most rigid company I have ever worked with. I would not suggest them at all. Even if you've been a faithful customer for a long time, they couldn't care less about making any compromises. Quite shameful.
