Sergio Portugal guided us through choosing Medicare Advantage plans last year. After we relocated within the state, we contacted him again. He found plans where the nearest hospital to our new home is included. He spends plenty of time with us and makes sure we pick a plan that covers the treatments and medicatons we need most.

I had heard horror stories about getting Medicare, but Ryne made the whole thing so simple. He answered all my questions right away with no "Let me get back to you" nonsense. He just knew what to say. The process was quick and smooth, taking around 55 minutes, a bit longer because of all the questions I had.

I got all the info I wanted & all questions

I got all the info I wanted & all questions were answered on time & clearly. My medical plan did improve as they stated with more coverage in areas I needed like dental & physical fitness. I recommend anyone to at least see what the company can do for you.

Contacted Andres twice on Monday

Contacted Andres twice on Monday and left messages, but the experience left me dissatisfied. When I enrolled in Etna insurance, he assured me of a $900 quarterly deductible assistance, with a repeatedly delayed start date of May 1, 2024. However, upon contacting Etna on Monday, I learned the actual start date was March 1, and the assistance amount was only $200 per quarter. Additionally, there were discrepancies in the coverage details he provided, leading me to question his knowledge of the product.
