Company is great!
by Roxanne

Company is great! I'd tell everyone to try them out... Liz Camacho was our agent and she was the best. Really helpful and so easy to work with.

Well, my experience with the company wasn't great.

Well, my experience with the company wasn't great. I made a mistake by putting the wrong account number on the ACH form. I tried to fix it on the same day by emailing a copy of a check, but it took them 3 days to sort it out. What's more, they wanted to charge me for NSF despite there being enough money in the account.

Lizeth C helped me get the policy I wanted. She was really good at her job. She was quick, knew what she was doing, answered my questions, and was nice to talk to. Thanks!

The company's service was

The company's service was disappointing. I made a mistake by putting the wrong account number on the ACH form, which was my fault. I promptly tried to correct it the same day by emailing a copy of a check. However, it took them three days to address the issue. Moreover, they were considering charging for NSF despite there being sufficient funds in the account.
