I regret to say that this company is deserving of nothing more than a 1-star rating, and that's only because there's no option for a -10-star rating. I implore you not to squander your hard-earned money on their services. Their customer service is not just subpar; it's shockingly awful. The agents representing this company are not only unhelpful but downright rude. I initially received a quote from them, paid my down payment as required. However, in the subsequent month, they inexplicably charged my credit card three times the originally quoted amount. My attempts to rectify this issue by requesting policy cancellation were met with stubborn refusal. They refused not only to cancel but also to refund any money. They persisted in overcharging my credit card. Fortunately, my credit card company recognized these irregularities as fraudulent charges and promptly reimbursed me. In short, do yourself an enormous favor and steer clear of this unscrupulous and problematic company.

I've always bin able to reach someone. Got hit by a driver at a stop sign. No License and no insurance. Called from the accident. They emailed me, explained the process. Gave me the adjusters name and number. They picked up my car. The towing company damaged my backseat. So take pics of your car. They were gonna take $$_Car was in good shape. They fixed it. Sent payoff to my lender by mail. Problem with mail? I called. They sent a new payoff. Odometer reading was wrong. I called. They corrected it. My milage was 122k. Statement said 125k. Pay attention to your statement and odometer. Have pics from last month. Customer Service people are nice. Issues were fixed. Just stay calm and explain things

Yes, it was a fantastic experience. Heather did a great job. Extremely helpful and super friendly. It uplifted my spirits because I started today feeling down and stressed about everything. Heather's cheerful demeanor and jokes really brightened my day. I almost didn’t want to hang up with her. She clarified everything clearly and I’m so happy I called today and she was there to help me. She never seemed annoyed or in a hurry to end the call. She was very patient. I will always remember this conversation with this agent because I got all the info I needed and she truly made me feel better. Keep her, every firm and business needs a Heather like yours!

AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.

AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. I've called during their supposed business hours multiple times, only to find their office closed. After trying to cancel my policy, I've received no confirmation or reimbursement in 10 days. When I called the claims line, they couldn't explain why customer service is always closed and couldn't assist me. Ridiculous.

I ain't needed to file a claim yet and I hope I never gotta. I was kinda scared when I read some reviews, but I seen worse with Geico, who I was with before and couldn't stand!! My time with Mile Auto has been the most pleasant ever with an insurance company. Whether I call or email, I literally never have a problem.

Avoid Mile Auto at all costs! Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance, only to regret it. Their customer service, especially Jeannie Rappold, is abysmal, treating customers poorly. My experience with them was nothing short of regrettable.

Heather is really nice every time I call. I am thinking about purchasing a car and she was very nice explaining to me the coverage and also was able to explain the renewal. I am very happy with Mile Auto because I only drive local to work.
