Based on this experience, I'd advise caution when considering purchases from Lulus, especially if it's on sale or if you're buying internationally. I got shoes that didn't fit, and unfortunately, I couldn't return or exchange them because of their policy on final sale items and international exchanges. The added shipping costs for returns make it even less appealing.

After searching online for a wedding dress without dealing with boutique drama, I discovered Lulus Bridal collection. They have really nice dresses in various styles. I found one from the Luxe Bridal range, ordered it, and it arrived in the UK within 10 days. The quality was impressive, and it fit just right. I thought it was the dress for almost 4 weeks until I saw another one that I liked even more. Worried about the return process, I contacted Lulus and found out it was no problem to start the returns. Just a heads up for UK customers, return postage isn't free, but I knew this before ordering. It was cheaper for me to post it myself than to buy the prepaid postage label. I could track the return parcel the whole way, and after 8 days, the refund was in my bank.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have not received a tracking number or any indication that my order has been processed. It appears that I've been scammed out of my money, as Lulus has taken payment without fulfilling their end of the transaction. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company to avoid similar issues and potential financial loss.

While the shoes' quality earns a 5, the misleading website leaves much to be desired. The UK prompt is deceptive, leading to sizing confusion. I mistakenly ordered a UK 6, receiving a US 4. Returning is a costly ordeal with steep fees, including unrefunded duties. The company's low product costs are overshadowed by an exploitative return process. Caution is advised, especially for overseas buyers; only proceed if you're absolutely certain about the product and sizing. My wedding shoe plans were dashed, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with this company's practices.
