    Good customer support, even if the software didn’t work for me I bought the iMyFone software trying to get back some important chat data. Sadly, the recovery didn’t work for me, because the data was already lost. Still, I want to thank Maisie from customer support, who was very helpful, kind, and professional all along. She listened to what I said and made an effort to get me a 60% refund, even though refunds usually aren’t given for this problem. I value this kind of service, and I’m happy with how my case was handled. Thanks again, Maisie!

    The program I tried was a voice changer. The service worked well and the support staff were nice and polite. In particular, a consultant named Vera guided me clearly and kept things simple. At some moments the sound quality felt a little weak, but I acctually think it was useful to be aware of that. The refund step was quick and easy, which I valued a lot. All in all, the experiance was good.

    It's an okay program, no doubt. Unfortunately, it didn't really assist me much, maybe I didn't do things right. But that's not the issue. I requested a refund, and they didn't deny it. I had a lengthy conversation with their support, and Aimee's specialist consistently stayed in touch, sending me refund details and screenshots. Big thanks to him! Best of luck to everyone!

    I had a nice time with Fixxpo's support team. I bought their one-month software service for one device to fix my iPhone, which was frozen on the logo. Sadly, I couldn't fix the device because of hardware problems, not software. However, with Fixxpo's great help, I got a refund after talking through email with a rep. All in all, I rate their service five stars!

    To be honest, the D-Back software did not fit my needs. It found over 20,000 files, but sadly, none of the deleted files I needed were there; most were just useless cache files. For this reason, I can’t give a full 5-star review for it. Still, I am giving 4 stars because of the really good customer service I got from Maisie. When I reached out to support about the problem, Maisie was very professional, quick to respond, and understanding. She handled everything with care and efficiency. Thanks to her work, we managed to get a fair solution with a partial refund. Even though the software didn’t solve my issue, Maisie’s support was truly worth noting. Big thanks to Maisie!
