I made my first transfer
I made my first transfer and the funds didn't show up in my account. Tried reaching out to customer service but they seemed really fake and didn't help at all. They just told me the issue was escalated to another department. Still no solution. Now my account shows a message saying the funds transfers were lost. Feels like I’ve been scammed! Be careful with this service.

I felt totally cheated out of $1300 in blackjack
Last year in November, I felt totally cheated out of $1300 in blackjack. When I told them I'd go legal and even had photos, their financial department actually emailed me, asking for a compromise. I thought asking for 100,000 to 500,000 bonus miles ($100 or $500) was fair, but they flat-out denied it. I've stuck with these guys for 2 years, but after this, I’m done.

I had a terrible experience with this online casino. I couldn't get my birthday bonus, and no one told me why. The customer service was just a mess, constant runarounds every time I tried to get help. It's so frustrating. Honestly, feels like they're just out to take your money and give nothing back. I won some money, and since I don't mess with crypto, I asked for a check. Thought it'd be simple, right? Next thing I know, my account's disabled. Can't figure out why.
