The customer service was really helpful throughout the entire process, from ordering the tests to understanding the results. Although there was a little confusion with the order confirmation not showing the tests correctly, the customer service team promptly reassured us that everything was fine on their end. Some instructions weren't very clear, but there was always someone available to assist us. While the process could have been smoother overall, the fast and detailed responses really helped ease any test anxiety for both me and my students.

Homeschool Boss was very easy to use for scheduling and taking MAP testing for my middle schooler. It was good to still have access to this test after leaving public/private schools. The Homeschool Boss team fixed a small technical problem we had, and their website was easy to use. The price was good too. I've seen this service recommended in homeschool groups and I also recommend it.

Questions are ansered quickly and clearly. Testing is so easy to navigate. It is set up well and if you happen to run into a glitch, you can call or text for immediate help. This is the third time we have used this test and have seen a natural progression of learning that has increased over the years. Love it!

The company responded quickly and was helpful. I worked with Bennett to get itemized receipts for our EFA, which went smoothly. Testing at home for the past two years was easy.
