It's frustrating
I had a video chat with the NP a couple of weeks back, and it was honestly great. She seemed really positive about the meds arriving soon, but here I am, two weeks later, and still nothing has shipped. I was hoping to kickstart my weight loss journey last week, but now I'm stuck waiting. It's puzzling because others seem to get their meds on time. I reached out to HenryMeds via email two days ago, and all I got was a generic reply promising a follow-up. This is a bit of déjà vu because I had similar issues with HER. They took ages to deliver my meds, and refills were a nightmare. Now, I'm worried this might happen again. It's frustrating when you’re eager to start but just can't.
