    It's frustrating

    I had a video chat with the NP a couple of weeks back, and it was honestly great. She seemed really positive about the meds arriving soon, but here I am, two weeks later, and still nothing has shipped. I was hoping to kickstart my weight loss journey last week, but now I'm stuck waiting. It's puzzling because others seem to get their meds on time. I reached out to HenryMeds via email two days ago, and all I got was a generic reply promising a follow-up. This is a bit of déjà vu because I had similar issues with HER. They took ages to deliver my meds, and refills were a nightmare. Now, I'm worried this might happen again. It's frustrating when you’re eager to start but just can't.

    Dealing with this company has been a headache

    Man, dealing with this company has been a headache. I know shipping issues aren't their fault, but come on. I signed up for testosterone on December 23rd, and now it's January 16th with nothing to show for it. The communication has been terrible - just generic email responses and no real help. I've called multiple times a day, but after being on hold for like 17 minutes, I always get disconnected. My card's about to be charged again, and I still haven't received anything. I had no problems with my local clinic, but I thought I'd save some money here. Big mistake. I'm giving it a few more days before I cancel and try to get a refund. Not impressed at all, Henry Meds!

    I've had this experience with the pharmacy where I was supposed to get injections, but they kept pushing oral tablets on me instead. It was a nightmare trying to sort it out. Every time I called, they promised to resolve it and said they'd call me back, but that never happened. I even had to record our conversations as proof. It felt like they were intentionally dragging their feet, delaying my prescription by over 10 days. And the billing? Overcharged and a pain to fix. In the end, I got my refund, but I can't get back the lost time.

    I signed up with Henry Meds back in December 2024, and initially, everything seemed fine. I met with the nurse practitioner, got my medication, and even received two refills. But, when the second month rolled around, I was charged $150, and no refill ever arrived. I've reached out to their support multiple times, and each time they promise to expedite my refill. Yet, here I am, over a week past my first month, and still nothing. It's really frustrating. If you're thinking about using their services, be careful. I'm so annoyed right now that I'm even considering legal action. This experience has been a nightmare.

    I had a pretty bad experience with Henry Meds. They tried to bill me nearly $400 for my second month, which was way too much. I spent five days going back and forth with them on the phone and email, trying to sort out the overcharge. In the end, I decided to cancel, but they refused to refund the $200 they had just charged me, even though I didn't receive any medication. It felt quite sketchy. Plus, the meds didn't even work for me. If you look up reviews on BBB and Reddit, you'll see a lot of people saying the same thing about their pricing and meds. It was a really frustrating ordeal. Save your money and time.

    I was really looking forward to getting my medication, but things went south quickly. The UPS driver snapped a pic of a package that wasn't even mine, claiming it was delivered. Seriously?     I had a really frustrating experience with this service. The medication didn’t work at all for me. Then, out of the blue, they just stopped sending my medication. They claimed it was some kind of mistake, but wouldn't do anything to make up for it. I asked for either a refund or extra treatments to cover what I missed, but they flat-out refused. To make things worse, when I decided to cancel my subscription, they didn't process my cancellation request or even bother to confirm it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

    I feel cheated by this company. They ask for your credit card just to hold an appointment, but then they charge you $300 even if you don't go through with it. I tried to cancel, but they didn't stop the charges right away. You actually have to talk to one of their sales reps to cancel it officially. It's crazy. They keep charging you until you go through this whole process. It feels like a scam and they should be shut down. This whole thing seems criminal to me. Just be really careful if you decide to sign up.
