Considering the high price tag on

Considering the high price tag on Costa's premium products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. As a loyal customer with over 10 pairs of Costas, dealing with issues like loose moldings or nose pads has been a frustrating experience. The repair process feels unnecessarily complicated, making it challenging to address issues promptly, even when willing to cover the costs. In light of these challenges, I've decided to switch to Smith Optics after purchasing a new pair. Unfortunately, I've reached the point where discarding my old Costas seems more reasonable than dealing with the hassle of repairs. Goodbye, Costa; hello, Smith Optics.

I want to share my experience with the whole process. It was impressively easy and fast. However, I did encounter some issues with the tracking information provided by the carrier. The updates were infrequent, and the process felt slow. Nonetheless, when the items finally arrived, they were well packaged and in excellent condition. Overall, apart from the tracking hiccups, I had a positive experience.

My experience with the company was great. I had an issue with my old glasses, and they replaced them with a crystal frame. Unfortunately, they got stolen, but the company was helpful in replacing them. I ended up buying two pairs, including the King Tide 8, and I'm really impressed. These sunglasses provide much better protection and higher quality than any I've had before.

All my employees on charters rely on great glasses for fishing in the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula Sur as the great fishing tournaments in Cabo San Lucas. Great product and a fantastic guarantee. Great repair and replacement program. Great fishing also done here in Florida thanks to a clear 580G. Love the new PRO MODELS.

My friend and I are kayak guides in Alaska and needed some tough polarized sunglasses that could withstand rough use - the Costas are great! Well-built, sturdy, but still comfy. And since we ordered online, we really liked the virtual fit option - quite cool.
