I expected better organization, like having pre-filled syringes, instead of getting a box of loose supplies that feels thrown together. Recently, they’ve started limiting prescriptions to just a month at a time, citing pharmacy concerns about potency. This change has been frustrating, as it’s led to delays in receiving my medication, messing with my dosing schedule. On a brighter note, Quest Diagnostics has been great—their blood work services and nurses are excellent. But overall, given the cost, I hoped for a more seamless and attentive service.

    I've had a pretty frustrating

    I've had a pretty frustrating experience with this place. They seem to constantly forget things or let me down. Recently, I had to remind them about my appointment from two weeks ago because I just ran out of meds, and they hadn't even started processing my order. It's like you have to be on top of everything yourself, or you'll run out. And can you believe I scheduled a lab appointment weeks in advance, fasted for 12 hours, left the house early, and got to work late, only to find out they never sent the lab order? This has happened to me twice already. The only saving grace is the nice doctors, which is why I'm giving them two stars.

    Predatory billing, broken systems, and garbage customer service — run the other way

    Henry Meds is a textbook example of how not to run a business. I submitted a cancellation through their online form (the exact method they require), well before my next payment was due. Despite this, I was still charged nearly $300. When I reached out, I got nothing but robotic, copy-paste responses from a rep named Aleksander M., who embodies the worst kind of customer service — smug, unhelpful, and completely disconnected from reality. Aleksander repeatedly ignored the actual issue: I canceled, their system failed, and they still charged me. Instead of fixing it, he just kept parroting “policy,” as if hiding behind fine print somehow justifies taking someone’s money after a valid cancellation. Even when presented with a screenshot showing a clear cancellation date before the charge, they refused to issue a refund. It’s clear Henry Meds is more interested in squeezing every last dollar out of people than honoring basic fairness or accountability. They’re running a system where, if their back-end fails to log something, they act like it never happened — and then they stick the customer with the bill. Absolutely shameful. You can’t trust them to handle your information, your payments, or your time. And if anything goes wrong — even if it’s their fault — they’ll just repeat the word “policy” like it’s some kind of get-out-of-jail-free card. Aleksander, your “support” has been insulting. You’ve made this entire process harder, more frustrating, and more disrespectful than it ever needed to be. Do not give this company your money. There are better, more honest services out there. Henry Meds is a scam with a support team to match.

    I decided to try ordering a year's supply of Semaglutide from HenryMeds, thinking it would be convenient and cost-effective. When the package arrived, it was from a different pharmacy, and it came hot without any syringes. I reached out to HenryMeds, concerned about the medication's condition. They assured me that the heat wouldn't affect the meds, but I was not convinced. I explained that my monthly meds always arrived in a cooler bag with ice packs, unlike this shipment in a simple plastic bag. I asked for a replacement or at least a discount, but they refused. I used to be really satisfied with their monthly service, but this bulk order experience was disappointing. I'll be looking elsewhere for my future needs.

    I've been using this TRT service for a while now, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. Out of the three shipments I've received, two were delayed, with the first one taking a whopping three weeks to arrive. Now, I'm anxiously waiting for my fourth shipment, but it’s already 18 days late, which has thrown off my dosing schedule. The company isn't missing a beat when it comes to charging me monthly, though. I'm about to be billed for the fifth time, yet I've only gotten three shipments so far. I originally signed up for six shipments at a specific price, but with all these delays, I'm seriously considering looking for a more dependable provider.

    Hidden fees will be charged to your account!

    While this company might seem great to get started with, please note what they do not tell you is if you do not renew your 3 month med supply and do not cancel, you will be charged a "subscription fee" of $49/month. I had zero idea I was being charged this amount for 6 months! After calling their customer service line, they were of no help and denied my request for a refund. They are not forth coming with this information during your first call or during your consultation with the doctor. DO NOT use this company! There are other companies that offer the same service without the hidden fees. This cost me $343 with nothing in return. What a fraud!

My last visit was the worst—my provider insisted I stock up on $3,000 worth of meds, claiming there'd be a shortage soon. Surprise, surprise, no shortage ever happened. And when I asked for a letter of necessity to get some money back through my HSA, they flat-out refused. It feels like a scam. They did try reaching out to make things right, but nothing's been fixed. Honestly, it's been a huge headache. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

    BUYER BEWARE

    BUYER BEWARE! Henry Meds has been charging me for months when I never signed up for its program. All I did was ask one question and said not thanks. They will not refund my money even though they have nothing verifying me signing up. Henry Meds also goes by the name Adonis Health Inc., both have a 'F' Better Business Rating. I caution you of their shading practices, also other companies offer you the same medicines at a MUCH lower price.
