good job
by Grace

Company did good job with customer service. Wait time only 2 mins. I could connect on webpage when Halo app didn't work. Support staff spoke English well. They gave useful advice on tech issues with re-activating collar. Quick and nice experience!

Despite the delay in connecting with a
by Sunny

Despite the delay in connecting with a chat representative, once they appeared, they were helpful. They provided useful information, including training tips and solutions to problems. Despite experiencing issues with the Halo Collar due to poor GPS coverage in my area, the staff has consistently assisted me in finding solutions tailored to my yard conditions.

The concept of geofencing is
by TidyNan

The concept of geofencing is interesting, but it becomes problematic when it activates beyond the specified 60 feet from the set point. This becomes not just ineffective but even harmful, especially with a highly trained dog like a service dog. While geofencing might hold promise for the future, its current implementation falls short. Additionally, the abundance of training videos, while intended to be helpful, can actually have a negative impact, making the dog fearful of going outside, particularly for those already familiar with training dogs.

I love that Shadow
by alex w

I love that Shadow my dog can have more freedom. I am still getting her use to the collar. She only wears collar when I'm off from work so I can be there with her, only because I don't want her to run off live close to a busy road.

They charged my credit card
by Rebecca C

I ordered this dope dog collar from Halo, and let me tell ya, I was pretty stoked. But here's the deal. They charged my credit card, which was all good, but then they didn't even send it out for another week or two! Like, what the heck, man? And get this, they said they'd shoot me an email when they finally shipped it. Uh, newsflash, I still haven't gotten that email and it's been, like, a whole week. Come on, Halo, get with the program. I'm used to getting my stuff fast, alright? Def not cool with this slow service.

These collars are such a great idea
by Amanda C

These collars are such a great idea. When they actually work, they're a total lifesaver. The peeps in customer service are super caring and awesome too. I have 3 of these collars for my 12-acre land and let me tell you, they've been a game-changer. But here's the catch - they're ALWAYS breaking. Like, I'm talking every week I'm on the phone with support for at least 2 hours while I'm supposed to be working, just trying to get a warranty replacement. And to make matters worse, I've got a pile of 5 broken collars (ugh!) sitting around waiting to be sent back. It's seriously becoming a part-time gig just managing these things. And while I wait for the replacements, my furry friends have no other safety measures on the land, which is freaking dangerous. I've even asked for a full refund because these collars clearly don't jive with my pups, and on top of that, they were not cheap. But get this, since I'm past the 60-day return window, they won't give me a refund. They're basically saying, "Sorry, just keep replacing the collars and hope for the best." Like wtf?
