I recently purchased a LE Trade-in Sig P320 compact from Guns.com. The shipping was prompt, and their communication was solid. The LE Trade-in was listed as "good," but I found it to be in very good condition, with minimal holster scrapes on the frame. The slide was well-maintained, and the surprise inclusion of 3 dot SigLite night-sights and three 13-round magazines was a pleasant discovery. Despite being slightly dirty, the deal, especially with my HEROES discount, made the $368 price tag worthwhile.

I was searchin' for a special build and color, and Guns.com was one of 3 sites that had any new in stock. I called their CS dept and they were able to give me an exact inventory and provide answers to all of my questions. I placed an order at 3:57pm EST and within an hour the gun not only shipped but tracking showed that it would be delivered the following day to my FFL in VA. Absolutely insane! Koodos to Guns.com on an amazin' experience. Will most defintly use again.

I've bought 3 times from Guns.

I've bought 3 times from Guns. All 3 have been smooth and seamless transactions. With their partner Credova I've been able to finance all my purchases and paid off early with no penalty. All my interactions via email or phone have been pleasant, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I have met a few of the Rangemasters at a Sig Sauer event and again wasn't disappointed. When it's time for a new gun, an upgrade or gear, I load up at Guns.com.

My first call about an order was answered by a customer service agent with little experience. I thought CREDOVA might have lost my money since she couldn’t find any details. However, my second call was with a CS agent who eased my worries, found my order, and gave me a "trackable" order while explaining how things work. Phew!! Good job, I now believe I'll get my order...thanks GOOD WORK...

I got 2 Glock guns from their online site. It was pretty easy. The first Glock 45 was good, shipping was fast but UPS messed up. Not their fault. 5 stars. Second Glock 45 MOS was in great shape, looked new. Shipping was fast, UPS got it right. Still had factory grease. Both had original cases and materials. I'll shop here again. It was amazing, 10 stars.

My only problem is the search; you have to change the words of what you are searching for to get more results. Understandibly, the search puts out what the seller/warehouse puts into the listing.

I accidentally placed an order for the wrong gun and then ordered the right one. This led to two orders being placed. I reached out to them, and they fixed the issue by canceling the incorrect order. Reliable company with great deals on all their firearms. I will keep shopping with them for my future gun purchases.

I saw the Tisas tank commandr in nickl plating and it sed it was blemishd. After gettin the weapn I was surprisd and had troble evn findin the blemish on the gun. Good price and servce from Guns.com. I'm certain I'll order agan.

I purchased a Walther PPQ in 22LR. The price was good, and Guns.com sent it quickly. I haven't tried it at the gun range yet. I like how it feels in my hand. It's light, even with a full magazine. The trigger pull is nice. Walther makes comfortable guns to carry all day. I found a button on the magazine's side for easier loading, which was a nice surprise.

Guns.com is a great place to purchase firearms. They seem to really care about the customer and offer solid deals. However, be cautious if you choose to use Credova for the buy now, pay later option. Make sure to read all the terms carefully because you might end up paying more in the long run. But if you can't wait to get the gun you want, go for it.

I just got a Taurus PT-745 Millennium

I just got a Taurus PT-745 Millennium Pro, in .45 ACP, used. It came as described. Shipping was kinda quick. First time with Guns.com, happy with the service and support. I'd recommend to others.

Their site says they will check a firearm within 24hrs of getting it and will confirm the price or change it for you to accept or reject. That’s just not true. My gun arrived on a Tuesday, but they didn’t open the box until Friday. After that, the “approved payment” part starts, which takes another 2-3 business days. Now we’re looking at Tuesday or Wednesday the next week for the ach payment to go through. Finally, it became available by Friday, nearly two weeks later. There’s maybe one customer service person who isn’t rude or unhelpful. They did offer more for my gun than anyone else and didn’t try to lowball me once they got it, so I’m giving them three stars. But if you need cash quick, look elsewhere. They also don’t have a physical store to talk to someone, which I didn’t like since my package only needed to ship 15 miles. I know some things take time, but don’t say 24hrs when it’s really almost two weeks. That’s enough to lose one star and business. Anyone selling a firearm should remember that any buyer plans to resell your gun, so don’t expect a great price. They offered half of what I paid, while others offered a third. Just know you won’t get much for your gun. Overall, I think I got a fair price, but it took too long to get my payment. I’m still waiting to see it in my account, and today marks one week +12hrs since they got it.

My Rossi P92 is a beautiful rifle until I saw the deep scratches!

I ordered a Rossi P92, 357 Magnum online from **** on August 17. Received a call, from our FFL, that my gun was available for pick-up August 25. I commented, upon removing rifle from plastic bag, there were numerous deep scratches on the barrel. I purchased a new gun; the shipping box was not damaged. Obviously, bad handling resulted in scratches. Upon closer inspection, the barrel was also loose. I took photos and sent to ****. Called **** August 28. I was told, since I had left the FFL, **** considered it to be a Final Sale, if I wanted to contact **** directly, a number was given to me. Contacted **** August 28. Spoke to ****, who was extremely professional. She said re-bluing the barrel and the stock would be taken care of; please email her the Proof of Purchase with the rifle Serial Number. I again contacted **** August 29, to see if there was anything more needed. **** was very professional. She stated a FedEx Shipping label had been emailed to me. The shipping label was for $40, an expense they paid for. **** will be used in the future – NOT ****.

I bought a used gun from this

I bought a used gun from this company, Guns.com. I'm a nurse and a motorcyclist. The gun I received had issues right from the start. When I shot it, the bullets wouldn't come out properly and it was misfiring. They claim to have an on-site gunsmith, but that didn't seem to help. They made a lot of money in a short time, but it seems like they're not ensuring the safety of the firearms they sell. I had to deal with a lot of hassle just to try to get it sorted out. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They seem dishonest and unresponsive to customer complaints. Their warranty is minimal and it's difficult to get in touch with them when there's a problem. I've had nothing but trouble with them and I'm warning others not to make the same mistake.

Thieves and liars

They are thieves and liars. I ordered a rifle for my son for xmas and they have busted the shipping date....almost a week and hasn't shipped out...come to find out they are basically a drop ship company for most of their firearms. Called to cancel they won't cancel. They only seem to have one customer service manager....at least that's what the one I keep talking to says. Won't transfer me higher. I asked if my issue is with you and you continually lying to me what do I do sit on it and take it like a bitch to which he said Yes that's correct. I have now lodged 2 BBB complaints on them. STAY AWY FROM THIS COMPANY

When I asked a question on rifle and they raised the price $1000

I found a rifle I wanted at guns.com but had a question on its configuration. I used their contact page on their website. In my description heading I listed the mfg PN and price. 2 days later they responded to my question and referred me to the manufacturer. I guess they don’t have access to their inventory. I went to the website to purchase and they had marked it up $1,000 more. Irony there response still had the price I saw on their website in the email heading but when I ask about it the website ad as now $1000 more.

There has been no response

My recent experience with this

My recent experience with this company left me utterly disappointed. The firearm I acquired lacked essential components like sights and a functional magazine, despite being labeled as in 'good' condition. When I sought to return it due to its subpar quality, I was informed that I had exceeded the 3-day return window by three days. It's disheartening that they endorse the sale of malfunctioning firearms and provide little recourse for customers facing such issues.

went to sell them guns, had issues, put same gun in twice and got 2 different amounts $300 apart, tried to buy with credits, they charged my credit card the full amount. Then the gun I purchased wasn't the one in the picture or description and wouldn't help in any way, manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Horrible company,

Spent $2300 on a SKB

Spent $2300 on a SKB 3 Barrel Set, only to discover it fires both barrels simultaneously. Despite reporting the issue in writing, there was no response or resolution. Disappointed with the lack of customer service, and it seems they're indifferent to concerns. Regrettably, I won't be dealing with them any longer.
