I will only choose Greenpan from now on.

I will only choose Greenpan from now on. The diamond nonstick is wonderful...the quality is great...I can't see why there are negative reviews...I've tried every kind of pan out there...Greenpan stands out. I have a few types of Greenpan...each one is brillaint.

    Pan's are awful.

Pan's are awful. Brought a big and little frying pan at big cost 'bout 4 months ago. Paid close attention to instructions for use. Everything sticks and cooks unevenly no matter how I use it. Rip off.

    I got a bunch of

I got a bunch of GreenPan pans, six to be exact, and it's been a mixed bag. Three of them work like a charm, no issues at all. But the other three? Total nightmare. Everything sticks, and they’ve got this weird buildup that makes cooking a real hassle. It’s not like I’m doing anything different with them. Same oils, same cleaning routine, everything. I even used that special melamine sponge they suggested, but it didn’t help at all. When I reached out to GreenPan, they just blamed it on "carbonization" and wouldn’t even consider the warranty. I mean, come on! At this price, I expected them to last and for the company to stand by their products. It's frustrating dealing with this inconsistency, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend taking the chance.

    Awfull experience

I picked up a GreenPan frying pan, hoping for a smooth cooking experience. But what a letdown! After just a few uses, the non-stick coating started to wear off, making cooking and cleaning a nightmare. Despite treating it with extra care—silicone utensils, gentle storage, the works—it was clear the pan wasn’t living up to its promises. I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a solution, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. No offer to replace or even a proper explanation—just a frustrating experience all around. It’s disappointing to see platforms like Costco and Amazon support a brand that doesn’t stand by its products. I feel totally ripped off by their misleading marketing.

    I picked up a set

I picked up a set of GreenPan pans, thinking I'd finally found the perfect non-stick solution for my kitchen. But after just a month, everything started sticking like glue. It was like cooking on regular old metal pans again. I tried reaching out to GreenPan for help, thinking maybe they'd honor their warranty or offer some advice. Crickets. Not a single response to my emails. It's frustrating when a company won't back up their products or even acknowledge a problem. It's like they just don't care once they've made the sale. Really disappointing, especially since I had such high hopes. Definitely reconsidering my choice for next time.

I bought several of your pans at Myers

I bought several of your pans at Myers, ranging from $130 to over $300 each. I spent around $1300 on pans. They are awful pans. Everything sticks to them so much that it ruins your food. For example, chicken or steak tears apart when you try to turn it over. The only thing that doesn't stick is water. I had to buy an $18 pan from Woolworths as a backup. I have no issues with their pan—it never sticks and is dishwasher-safe. If you claim your pans are high quality and non-stick, I would like to send these back to you not for a refund, but for you to try cooking with them to understand my frustration.

    I remember grabbing a set

I remember grabbing a set of those 8, 10, and 12-inch pans with lids last year, thinking they were perfect for my kitchen adventures. Everything was going great until I noticed the coating on one of them started peeling off and, to my horror, rust began to appear. Naturally, I reached out to customer support, hoping they’d help out. Sent them some pics and everything. Their response? They said I was storing them wrong. I mean, I had them neatly nested with pot holders in between! Still, they wouldn’t budge on a replacement. Felt like a slap in the face. Guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

    I thought this new pan

I thought this new pan would be a game changer, but it turned out to be a disaster. The first few times I used it, everything seemed alright, but then it all went downhill. Fish fillets, eggs—whether poached or fried—just cling to it like glue. I ended up going back to my old cheap pan that never gives me such trouble. Cleaning it as instructed didn’t help one bit, either. It's pretty frustrating, considering the money I spent on it. I should have checked the reviews first before buying. Lesson learned, I guess. It's a real letdown when something that looks promising fails to deliver.

    I decided to invest in

I decided to invest in a non-stick pan because I was tired of throwing money at cheap ones that barely lasted. At first, this pan seemed promising, with food sliding right off the surface. But after a few months, it began sticking just like the others. I reached out to customer service, and they suggested I try deglazing it by boiling water for a bit. It did make the pan shiny again, but food still stuck unless I drowned it in oil. Eventually, I gave up and switched to stainless steel. If I have to use oil anyway, might as well go for a pan that lasts longer and feels more robust.

    So, I've been a regular

So, I've been a regular customer, and let me tell you about these pans I picked up. They’re just not worth the hype. Every time I cook, stuff clings like it’s got no plans to leave. I’m talking eggs, pancakes, you name it. Tried reaching out to the company, hoping for some help. Instead, they pretty much shrugged it off, saying it was on me. They gave me some cleaning tips, but honestly, I always cooked on medium heat and prepped with butter. Still, no luck. Feels like they just don’t care about fixing the problem. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere.

    I picked up this GreenPan

I picked up this GreenPan because it promised to be non-stick and eco-friendly, but it's been a letdown. Not even a month in, and everything's sticking like glue. Eggs crumble, and food gets welded to the pan. I'm careful with my cookware, never using anything abrasive, so this is a big disappointment. Swapped out my trusty old Tefal, which lasted over five years, for this dud. Customer support seems indifferent from what I've heard, so not even bothering there. Just feels like a waste of money. Honestly, I'd tell anyone to steer clear of GreenPan. It's not worth the hassle.

    I bought a GreenPan frying

I bought a GreenPan frying pan hoping for the best, but it's been nothing but trouble. Initially, I thought maybe I was the problem, putting it in the dishwasher and all, but it's supposed to be dishwasher-safe. My last try was with the Geneva line. I babied that pan, only scrambling eggs and hand washing it gently. But, in under two years, the non-stick coating vanished. Now, every time I make eggs, it's like I'm feeding the pan more than myself. It's frustrating and disappointing. I really wouldn't suggest anyone spend their money on this product. It's just not worth it.

    I ordered a rice cooker

I ordered a rice cooker, but when it arrived, it was too small. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size, but they claimed they didn’t have the bigger one, even though it’s listed on their website. Sent the small cooker back to the address they gave me, but now it’s like I’m stuck in a loop. Whenever I email them, I just get the same weird automated response. It’s super frustrating, and honestly, it’s starting to feel like some kind of scam. I’m not even sure if their products are legit. I’d steer clear of this company if I were you. It’s just not worth the headache.

    This pan is a

This pan is a total letdown. I've been cooking for years, always using a medium heat, around a 4-5 on my stove. But with this pan, everything burns, even when I lower the heat to below 3. It's frustrating. You’d think a good pan would adapt to your cooking style, not the other way around. I don’t get why I have to change my whole cooking routine for this thing. It’s like they didn’t test it out with real people who actually cook. Seriously, they need to rethink the design or materials or something. Make it so it works right without turning my food into charcoal.

    I picked up this 12"

I picked up this 12" frying pan thinking it’d be a great addition to my kitchen. But right from the first use, it let me down. The center of the pan buckled up right there on the cooktop, and I hadn’t even rinsed it with water or anything. Now, every time I try to sauté something, all the oil just slides to the edges, leaving this weird dry spot in the middle. It's really frustrating, especially considering how much I spent on it. I expected better quality for the price. Instead of a reliable kitchen tool, I got a pan that’s more trouble than it’s worth.

    I got this ice cream

I got this ice cream maker, and after just three months, the housing unit chipped. I reached out to customer service and they asked for pictures, which I sent right away. But then, silence. I followed up again, hoping for some help, but nothing. It's frustrating when you invest in something expecting quality and support, and then you're just left hanging. If you're thinking about buying this, maybe think twice. It's disappointing to spend money on a product and have zero assistance when things go wrong. Just a heads-up for anyone considering it.

    I walked into the store

I walked into the store, excited to try out this new kitchen gadget everyone seemed to be raving about. But, wow, what a letdown. I mean, I tried using it on an egg, and it was a disaster. It was like trying to clean off cement with a toothbrush. I've seen rusty old pans do a better job. How did this even make it to the shelves? I can't help but wonder if the stores just got wooed by some fancy pitch and free drinks. Honestly, do they even test these things? I felt like I was duped into buying something that belongs in a toolbox, not a kitchen.

    They really impressed me

I bought the GreenPan x Stanley Tucci Carrara White set from Fortnum & Mason, spending over £700. Everything seemed great until I used the large stockpot—it scratched my induction hob! I was really worried and reached out to Fortnum & Mason, sending all the photos. But weeks passed and nothing happened. I hadn't contacted The Cookware Company directly, but they stepped in eventually. Karen Lennox, who's a big deal over there, took charge. She was amazing, offering a full refund and a new set. That refund is covering my hob repairs too! Honestly, this could’ve been a nightmare, but they turned it around. It’s rare to find such responsive and caring service. They really impressed me and restored my faith in their brand.

    Greenpan is a game changer,

Greenpan is a game changer, seriously. That diamond nonstick surface? Unreal. I’ve gone through so many pans, but this one is just different. Can't wrap my head around the negative reviews. I’ve got a bunch of their pans now, and every single one is top-notch. Cooking’s become a whole new experience for me. Greenpan’s quality just stands out, and I can’t see myself using anything else anymore. It’s like they’ve set a new standard or something. Every meal’s a joy to cook.

I’ve got this little egg pan, the green one with a grey outside. Been using it forever, it’s just awesome. I don’t know about the newer versions or the bigger ones, but this small ceramic one works perfectly for me. It heats up evenly, and nothing sticks to it. Cleaning is a breeze too. I’m really happy with how durable it’s been. If you’re looking for something reliable for cooking eggs or small meals, this pan is definitely worth it.

    I got this fancy 11-piece

I got this fancy 11-piece cookware set, and at first, the 26cm pan was a dream. But after just a few weeks, it started acting up—eggs sticking all over the place. Kinda frustrating, especially considering the price tag. We followed the care instructions to a tee, hoping this premium set would hold up better. It's not like we're rough with them or anything. You expect a bit more longevity when you’re shelling out for supposedly "quality" pots and pans, right? Now I'm left wondering if I should've gone for something less expensive but more reliable. It's a bummer when you think you’re investing in top-notch stuff and it doesn’t deliver as promised.

    I took my shiny new

I took my shiny new dishwasher for a spin, only to find ugly stains on the stainless steel rim before even using it. Reaching out to customer service was like talking to a wall. They told me to contact Myer, which wasn't much help. When I asked for real advice, Morgan at customer service got my name wrong and said they couldn't figure out if the stains were their fault or mine. Super frustrating! To top it off, I stumbled upon a Guardian article questioning their "100% non-toxic" claims, mentioning lead found by independent tests. Makes you wonder, right? Wish I'd seen that before. This might be my first and last buy from them.

I picked up a Stanley Tucci

I picked up a Stanley Tucci deep fry pan, and it’s been nothing but trouble. I'm using an induction range and noticed the pan doesn’t fully work with it. Tried the magnet test, and yep, parts of the pan aren’t even magnetic. Heating takes forever, and it just doesn't stay hot. My Hexclad pans do a way better job, heating up quickly and staying hot. This Stanley Tucci pan is just disappointing. I was really looking forward to using it, but it's pretty useless with my setup. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’ve got an induction stove. Definitely not worth the hassle.

    I've had my pots and

I've had my pots and pans for about 3 years now, always washed them by hand, never in the dishwasher. Over time, the nonstick coating started to wear off, and now I can see the aluminum underneath. It's kind of frustrating because I thought they would last longer. If you’re considering new cookware, I’d recommend spending a bit more on a heavy-bottomed stainless steel set from a well-known brand. It might be a bit pricey upfront, but at least you won’t have to replace them so soon. $400 for just three years of use just isn't worth it in my opinion.

    I've been using the Greenpan

I've been using the Greenpan Elite 8-in-1 slow cooker for about 5 months now, but I'm already seeing issues. The enamel on the insert is chipping in four places even though I've only used it around ten times. It's really frustrating because it looks bad and I worry it might be unsafe. When I reached out to the company, they refused to replace the insert. I expected better quality and customer service for the price I paid. Now I'm stuck with a slow cooker that's just going to keep getting worse. Not happy at all with this purchase.

    I picked up two pans

I picked up two pans from NZ Farmers, one wok and a 26-inch fry pan, for about $80 each. They were black, and honestly, I can't recall if they had any fancy names. Bought them in December 2023, and by March 2024, they were already useless. I was super careful – always cooled them before cleaning, never used metal utensils, and always had separators in the cupboard. Yet, the non-stick surface just didn't last. The pans came with just a cardboard wrap and instructions printed inside, which was pretty minimal. They claimed to be dishwasher safe and okay with everyday dishwashing brushes, just not metal ones. But the customer support later told me the pans should only be used on low to medium heat, and not to use olive oil or butter, only vegetable or canola oil. Plus, cleaning should be done with a melamine sponge or cloth, which totally contradicted the packaging. When I reached out to customer support, they acknowledged the lack of proper instructions. It seems now they’ve updated their packaging to include these care guidelines. Meanwhile, my $25 supermarket frying pan is still going strong after two years. Go figure.

I am beyond frustrated with this pan! I followed every single direction to the letter, warmed the stove, cooked on low to medium heat, and even hand washed it in warm soapy water. It still tarnished after one use. I went back and forth with their customer service through 12 emails, and their warranty is completely useless. They finally agreed to replace it but told me the replacement might not match my existing set. And get this – they won’t accept exchanges after delivering the replacement. So basically, once they send the new pan, they're washing their hands of the whole thing. And to top it all off, the replacement pan isn't covered under warranty. Total waste of time and money!

    So, I bought this pricey

So, I bought this pricey set of pans, and let me tell you, not worth it. The smallest frying pan had this noticeable scratch right out of the box. Tried to get some help from the company, but they were absolutely no help. They just brushed me off, saying it’s nothing. Well, that “nothing” has turned into a bigger problem because the scratch has grown. And cleaning these pans? Nightmare. Any butter or grease leaves this stubborn brown stain that’s impossible to scrub off. I’ve tried everything, even the little magic eraser thing they included. Plus, I can’t even leave a review on their site, which makes me even more suspicious. Honestly, I’d save your money and look elsewhere.

    Avoid this brand

I bought a pan, thinking it would be a great addition to my kitchen, but it's been nothing but a disappointment. After just 2.5 years, the handle completely fell off! Can you believe it? I didn't keep the receipt, since who expects a pan to break that soon? Bought it from John Lewis, and now I'm stuck with it. Tried reaching out to the company, but they haven’t been helpful at all. They seem to reply whenever they feel like it, and it feels like they don't really care. It’s frustrating because the warranty should cover this, but they’re not honoring it. I even took photos to show them, but can't share them on Trustpilot. Avoid this brand if you can.
