    We finally decided to replace

We finally decided to replace our old cookware and invested in what we thought was top-notch non-stick, safe cookware. We bought a set of three frying pans, two stock pots, and even got the cloth separators and a knife block. But boy, were we disappointed. Despite following all the usage instructions, the non-stick coating started failing within just a couple of months. And then we noticed chips in the enamel. It's been two years now, and we've had to toss out most of the pans because they're no longer safe to use. If you're considering this brand, I'd strongly suggest doing some more research and maybe looking elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.

    Bought these fancy greenpans for

Bought these fancy greenpans for over £300 to replace my old ones I had for more than 15 years. They looked great with their pretty color and wooden handles, but the disappointment came quick. The black coating inside started peeling off almost immediately. Worse, the handles keep coming loose, making them a safety risk. And don’t get me started on the “non-stick” coating – it’s probably been ingested by my whole family at this point. I’m so frustrated that such a beautiful-looking product could be so poorly made. Seriously, does no company care about quality anymore? Now I’m on the lookout for vintage cookware that actually lasts.

    I picked up a frying

I picked up a frying pan from this brand and boy, was it a letdown. I’ve always been careful with my cookware, but this one just didn’t hold up. The non-stick layer started wearing off pretty quickly, which has never happened with other brands I’ve tried. But the real kicker? The customer service. When I reached out for help, they didn’t want to hear it. Instead of understanding my problem, they just brushed me off and made it feel like it was my fault. No offer to fix things, no sympathy. It’s one thing to have a bad product, but it’s another to have such poor customer service. I’m steering clear of them and suggest you do too.

    I got the Bobby Flay

I got the Bobby Flay Stainless Steel cookware set and was pretty excited, but things went downhill fast. After just one use, the pans already showed damage. I reached out to customer service, thinking they'd help, but they said there was nothing they could do. Super frustrating, right? You'd expect better for something that's supposed to be high quality. Honestly, the support and quality have really gone down. I used to trust this brand, but now, not so much. It's disappointing to say, but I can't recommend the Greenpan cookware line anymore. If you want something reliable and durable, I'd definitely look somewhere else.

    I was super excited to

I was super excited to get a stainless contact grill from Greenpan NZ. Ordered it, got a tracking number from Melbourne, and thought all was good. Next day, boom, order canceled! They kept sending me the same useless tracking number and random enquiry numbers that led nowhere. Tried calling them, but their phone lines were always dead. I even emailed every Greenpan address I could find, including their parent company, The Cookware Company. No response. No grill. Nothing. Finally, I had to file a dispute. What a nightmare! This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

    I bought this non-stick

I recently bought this non-stick pan, and it was great at first. But after just a couple of weeks, food started sticking to it, which was super frustrating. I thought it would last longer, especially since I had a 2-year insurance on it. I reached out to the company for a replacement, expecting them to honor the warranty, but they haven’t responded to any of my emails. It's like they’re just ignoring me, and I'm feeling pretty let down. I really expected better service, especially when they promise to stand by their products. Now, I’m left with a sticky pan and no answers. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

    I was pretty excited about

I was pretty excited about this cookware after digging deep into reviews and comparing prices. But, using it has been a bit of a letdown. Cleaning it is a nightmare. Forget about trying poached eggs—frying's your only option, and you need quite a bit of oil to get it right. What really bugs me is the company's suggestion for removing stains; it involves a product that releases microplastics, which is far from eco-friendly. They say to cook on low heat to prevent sticking, but that doesn't really help. We even gifted a set to family with little ones, and now I feel a twinge of regret every time we see them using it.

    Bought these pans in November,

Bought these pans in November, they were amazing for crepes. Fast forward five months, they’re not so great. We use them daily, always on low to medium/low heat, just like they say. Clean them gently, store them carefully. But now they’ve got this weird layer. They claim it’s “burnt on” from high heat, but we never crank up the heat. It’s just food residue from cooking at low temps. Super frustrating that these pans aren’t living up to the non-stick hype. Thought Green Pans were supposed to be safe and non-toxic, but they’re letting me down big time. Feels like finding a good non-stick pan set is impossible.

    I bought an air fryer

I bought an air fryer online thinking it'd arrive in no time, but it's been two weeks and still nothing. What's more frustrating is the lack of communication. The so-called customer service just throws out the same canned replies, like they're reading from a script. I tried calling them, but the number isn’t even a local one, which makes me wonder if they're legit. It's like they're hiding behind a screen with no real way to reach out. I'm starting to worry if I’ve been duped by a scam. Buying something shouldn't be this stressful, and now I’m left wondering if I’ll ever see my air fryer or my money again.

    I picked up these Green

I picked up these Green Pan ceramic pans with high hopes. But after around five months, things started going downhill. They began to discolor and burn stuff way too easily. Cleaning became a nightmare, always needing baking soda, vinegar, and a non-abrasive pad. Then, one of the pans even cracked. When I reached out to Green Pan, they were no help at all. In fact, their customer service was pretty rude and unhelpful. Really disappointed. I thought I was investing in quality, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend these pans to anyone looking for something durable and reliable.

    Bought these pans after seeing

Bought these pans after seeing them on TV and gotta say, huge mistake. My old German pans weren't non-stick but at least they lasted. These ones? Not so much. Just a few months in and the non-stick coating is already peeling off the milk pan rim and I barely use it! The wooden handles on the utensils are also pretty shoddy. I’m not a professional chef, but I cook a lot and these just don't hold up. Feels like other bad reviews were spot on, definitely not competitor sabotage. Gonna donate these and look for something better, maybe British or European. Save yourself the headache and skip these pans.

    I ordered a slow cooker

I ordered a slow cooker and guess what? It showed up missing a fan, so it was basically useless. I thought, "No biggie, I'll just contact customer service." Well, that was a mistake. They’ve spent a whole week just "escalating" my issue, whatever that means. I was hoping for a quick fix, but their only solution was to send it back—and I’d have to pay for shipping. Seriously? That’s not how you treat customers. It feels like they just don't care. If you're thinking about buying from this company, maybe think twice. It’s been a frustrating experience, and I'm definitely looking elsewhere next time.

    I was pretty excited to

I was pretty excited to try out ceramic pans as an alternative to Teflon, thinking they’d be a healthier choice. When I got my hands on the GreenPan frying pans, they were fantastic at first. Cooking was a breeze, and nothing stuck. It felt like a game-changer in the kitchen. But, after around a year, things took a turn for the worse. Suddenly, food started sticking to certain spots, and it got frustrating. I tried looking up ways to fix it, tried a few methods, but nothing worked. It’s been less than two years, and I’m left disappointed. It seemed like a promising product, but it didn’t hold up.

    Total disaster

My partner and I grabbed some green pans from Costco last year, after seeing great reviews on Consumer Reports. But right from the get-go, everything started sticking. Cooking eggs was a nightmare; we had to scrub with a magic eraser every single time. We reached out to the green pan company asking for a refund, but no luck. They only wanted to give us a replacement pan, and we had to send them a ton of paperwork and pictures of the messed-up pan. Finally, we returned the whole set to Costco and got our money back. Seriously, steer clear of these pans. Total disaster.

Let me tell you about my experience with these pans. I was so excited to get them, but boy, was I disappointed! The coating started peeling off after just one use. Cleaning them is a nightmare; nothing seems to get the grime off. I tried contacting customer service, thinking they would help out. Emailed them 8 times, reached out through their website, even tried social media. Not a single reply. It's like they're just ignoring me. The products are awful, but the customer service is even worse. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and avoid these pans at all costs.

I got these pans and was thrilled at first because they looked so nice. But after just a few months, the outside of the pans got all stained up, and I can’t get them clean no matter what I try. I reached out to the company, and they said it should be easy to fix. Spoiler: it wasn’t. They asked for pictures, then told me it's just cosmetic and didn’t offer any help. Super frustrating! Plus, I swear the non-stick part doesn’t work anymore. Cooking is turning into a nightmare with these pans. I thought they’d be great, but now they just feel like a waste of money.

    I really like their products

I really like their products, but dealing with customer service is a nightmare. Tried to return something and followed their return policy to the letter. Emailed them for a return authorization, but they either ignored me or told me they don't accept exchanges and to follow the return policy. It's like they're just trying to run down the 60-day return window. It's so frustrating. I love the stuff they sell, but their service is just terrible. Makes me think twice about buying from them again. Why is it so hard to get decent customer service these days?

    Not worth the hassle

We decided to splurge on a new set of pans when we redid the kitchen, hoping it would be worth it. But just after 6 months, one of the pans became ridiculously sticky, unusable really. Eventually, all the pans from the set started acting up, so we stopped using them altogether. Tried to reach out to the company, since they were supposed to be under warranty. Sent multiple emails but got no response. Honestly, it’s frustrating and feels like a waste of money. If you're thinking about getting these pans, I’d say reconsider. Not worth the hassle.

This experience was just not worth the hassle

I picked up a 10-piece Padova cookware set, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. You'd think a set would have all the same stuff, right? But nope, mine came with just one saucepan instead of two. It’s like they’re selling you a puzzle with missing pieces. When I reached out to get it sorted, they just wouldn’t budge. It's frustrating when you're expecting a complete set and they don’t even try to make it right. If you're looking for a reliable cookware set, you might wanna look elsewhere. This experience was just not worth the hassle.

Just awful! I wouldn't waste a penny on this pan set unless you enjoy burnt dinners and endless scrubbing. I spent £300 on these pans, and now they’re useless. No matter what tips I followed—different oils, low heat, proper cleaning—everything sticks and burns. And customer service? Totally unhelpful, blaming me for using them wrong. Funny, I've managed to cook just fine for over 20 years until I got these pans. Really wish I could attach photos to show how bad it is. Save yourself the hassle and money, and avoid these pans at all costs.

I was excited to order from greenpan.com.au because they promised a 15% discount if I joined their site. After signing up, the discount didn't work. No explanation, just nothing. So, I called them up and they told me the item I wanted was already on sale. But guess what? Most of their stuff was on sale! Felt like a total trick to get me to sign up. And to top it off, when I finally got to see their products, they were seriously disappointing. All in all, I felt completely misled and wasted my time. Avoiding this site from now on.

    I purchased a slow cooker

I recently purchased a slow cooker, and it's been a frustrating experience. The medium cooking mode just doesn't work, no matter how many times I press the button. It's supposed to be a simple touch, but nothing happens. I was really looking forward to using it, but now it's just sitting on my counter, useless. I don't think I'll be buying anything from this brand again. It's disappointing to spend money on something that doesn't function as it should. Feeling let down and will definitely be more cautious with my next purchase.

I recently bought this Green Pan set and, oh boy, was I disappointed. For the price, I really thought I was getting something top-notch. But nope, after just a few uses, I noticed chips on the cooking surface. Like, seriously? I contacted their customer support, and they had the nerve to tell me that's normal wear and tear. Really? I've had these pans for

I've had these pans for about 10 months now and really liked how they looked and felt in the beginning. But recently, I started seeing a lot of chipping around the rims and scratches on the smaller pan, even though I’ve been super careful with them. I reached out to the company, and they told me that chipping is just a normal thing with their ceramic products. Honestly, that’s pretty disappointing. I didn’t spend money on these pans expecting them to look so bad in less than a year. Feels like a letdown.

Tried out the green pan recently, and wow, what a letdown. I’m pretty good in the kitchen and have used all sorts of cookware, but this one was a disaster. Food stuck every time, and it just didn't cook evenly. I bought it in August, treated it well, never put it in the dishwasher, and still, it’s already useless. I've tried reaching out to the company several times, but I haven't heard back. My first email was almost two months ago and still nothing. Last year, I got a full set of pans for my daughter, and now two of them are scratched up. She’s tried reaching out to the company by email twice and filled out their online form, but hasn’t heard back at all. There's no phone number to call them either, which is frustrating. I was thinking about ordering a set for myself, but wanted to see how they handled her issue first. Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with their lack of response.
