I've been using Gravel Boat for around 6 months, and I really like it. Their support is good, quick, and knowledgeable. The server doesn't go down often, and they inform you when it does. Even though their prices are low, the server doesn't lag, and you get fast play speeds when using your server.

Migration smooth, docs light

Moved two WordPress sites over. Free migration was quick and uptime solid so far. cPanel and backups included. Knowledge base could go deeper on PHP versions and staging tips. Support filled gaps on chat, but better docs would help.

This is puzzling considering that lower-capacity 1GB servers, and even Aternos, handle more substantial commands without a hitch. I expected better performance, and this inconsistency is disappointing.

While the price may appear

While the price may appear affordable, the support that accompanies it is among the worst I have encountered. Initially welcoming and enthusiastic, their responsiveness diminishes when billing matters, particularly refund requests. Despite requesting a refund within the first three days of purchase, they have yet to issue it after nearly a week. Factor in the additional time for the PayPal refund process, and it seems I may have to wait up to two weeks before receiving it. The lack of transparency and delay in resolving billing issues is disappointing.

I messaged the support team

I messaged the support team to cancel my service using the "contact us" page. The server they gave me was unusable. They never replied to my message. So, I opened a ticket to cancel my service, but they didn't respond to that either. I had to go and talk to them on Discord to get a refund, which they didn't want to give me. Now, my credit card is saved on their website, and I can't remove it. They're scammers and provide terrible service. Avoid them at all costs.

I canceled my service with them starting October and received confirmation that my server would cease on the 15th. However, they have continued to charge me even after my cancellation. Despite my attempts to contact them and submit a ticket, there has been no response even 1½ weeks later. This lack of support and failure to address the issue when needed is very disappointing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
