my experience with Gotrax was a major letdown. I ordered two bikes and one of them arrived all banged up. I was expecting some quick and easy customer service, but nope, they told me to file a warranty claim. Fine, I did, and then they told me to call customer service. Okay, so I called, and guess what? They told me to email tech support. So I did, and after waiting for what felt like forever, I finally got a response. But it wasn't a helpful one. They basically said they'll get back to me...and then two whole months went by with absolutely no help or assistance from Gotrax.

I purchased one of these

I purchased one of these scooters for my son, but it quickly encountered a problem where the console broke, leaving the light on constantly. I reached out for a replacement, and they sent me a used console, which worked for a few months. Unfortunately, that replacement console also broke. Despite my numerous emails to their support email address, the company has completely ignored my requests for a replacement, even though the scooter is still under warranty. I strongly advise against buying these scooters or dealing with this company.

customer service is seriously the worst.

Their customer service is seriously the worst. They act like they're not even part of the same company as the other branches. Like what even is that? I've been waiting for my refund for like, FOREVER. It's been almost 3 freaking months and I still haven't gotten it. And the reason I wanted a refund in the first place is because they didn't even have the color I wanted in stock, even though it said they did on their stupid website. Are you kidding me?

Gotrax scooters' customer service

Gotrax scooters' customer service is a big letdown. Since February 2024, I've been dealing with a faulty scooter. We agreed on a replacement after I sent in a video. However, they've been avoiding their commitment. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they keep sending the same useless information. They claimed they would ship a replacement over a month ago, but I've heard nothing since. I won't be buying from Gotrax again.

Great customer service. A piece broke from my scooter's arm, and customer service helped me find the right part. They sent a replacement at no cost under the first-year warranty. Scooter runs great. Highly recomend Gotrax.

I recently bought the G7 scooter, but FedEx delivered the scooter in a damaged box with some unfortunate damage to the scooter. GOTRAX customer service was very helpful at getting the scooter exchanged for a new replacement.

I had a problem with my motr wheel, I saw on the site all stuffs have 2 year warrantee. It was easy to email GoTrax. They answered fast and sent my parts for free in few hours.
