I recently purchased a new car and attempted to add it to our existing policy. However, after being on hold for an excessive 2 hours with no answer, I opted for a call back which never came. Frustrated, I initiated a new policy online for the new car, costing $437 for full coverage. After five days, I finally reached someone, waited 45 minutes, and merged the policies, with the assurance of a refund in about 7 days. However, it has been a full two weeks with no refund. I've been calling for the past four days, enduring hours on hold before even speaking to a person, and the promised call back never arrived. To add insult, they sent a bill claiming I owe $186 and threatening to cancel my policy. This experience raises serious concerns about their customer service and ability to handle essential matters promptly. If I can't get through for a refund, how would I report an accident? The overall handling of this situation is unacceptable.

I share the sentiment expressed in every negative review on BBB. I filed my claim last Friday, and although the adjuster promptly assessed my vehicle on Monday, taking pictures for the estimate, I have yet to receive any updates from my claim representative as of Wednesday. With vacation plans approaching in two weeks, I'm eager to have my car repaired before then. Unfortunately, it seems nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company, adding to the frustration of the overall experience.

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this insurance company. I've been trying to pay my insurance since the 8th, but they haven't answered my calls or returned them as promised. It's a stark contrast to other reputable options like Geico and State Farm. I would strongly advise against choosing this insurance provider.

The company's service is disappointing. They never pick up the phone or return calls. The website is broken, making it impossible to update policies. When at the dealership, they fail to respond promptly to requests to switch or update insurance. Overall, it's the worst experience.

Company was really really good. Lady on phone was nice, helpful, and patient. It was my first time getting car insurance, and she helped me lots. She answered all my many many questions and talked softly so I could understand. She needs more money!
