I've been trying to reach them multiple times after my funds were transferred. I called their customer service number at 800-486-6888 and ended up waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, listening to elevator music. It's frustrating because no matter which option I choose (press 2, 3, 4), no one picks up. I urgently need to make changes to my account, but I'm unable to get through. This situation doesn't instill confidence that I'll be able to access my funds when I need them.
