One slide that grounded me
Seeing the state-by-state redemption timelines side by side made me pause. It changed my bid plan immediately. Exactly the reality check I needed.

Detailed, pragmatic content
The videos explain trustee vs court processes plainly. I submitted a question about title risks and got a thoughtful reply in a day. Templates and checklists were downloadable, and refund terms were visible before checkout. It balances opportunity talk with risk warnings.

Balanced and confidence building
I felt informed rather than hyped. The course presents steps, risks, and resources calmly. After finishing, I knew where to start researching locally.

one term finally clicked
A short lesson defined REO with a practical timeline. I caught myself nodding and rewinding to take notes. Felt like real progress.

practical, not sensational
Felt grounded by the way they present risks and process. After a few modules, I was satisfied I could ask better questions.

I want to recognize that a team of FA staff
I want to recognize that a team of FA staff contacted me personally to resolve a technical issue by moving and adding data into a smart list, which was really helpful because it’s exactly the information I needed. Michelle, the customer acquisition manager, acted as the main contact for support. Myka and Joan helped with the technical details. Changes were made to ensure my device program met the necessary requirements. It made me feel valued and respected. My concerns were heard and addressed, and the software was adjusted. So, I want to thank Michelle, Myka, and Joan here. They were professional, kind, understanding, wise, and practical. It left a positive impression on me. I made a mistake with my texting activity, and now I understand what to do and, more importantly, what not to do. That was my mistake. This is my review.

If Foreclosure Academy were as reliable as they claim
If Foreclosure Academy were as reliable as they claim, there wouldn’t be so many negative reviews online – maybe just a few. Presenting an email as proof of services doesn’t seem genuine. Checking the BBB shows multiple claims against them, and there’s no clear contact number or office location provided. Why not openly share the company’s EIN number and details of its registration? Be transparent by providing the CEO’s name, contact extensions, and real bank documents to back up your services.

After checking out this company
After checking out this company, I can’t believe no one has brought them to justice. The location is 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82009. Gather all the evidence from these reviews and file a complaint; it’s not fair what they are doing, taking money from people and NO ONE PAYS for it? THEY ARE IN WYOMING, which is against the law. Even if you received your money back, take them to court!!!!

By telling his story of success, Coach Jace guides me to
By telling his story of success, Coach Jace guides me to see the key steps for building confidence and achieving good results in this business. He motivated me so much that I can now spot the light at the end of this learning path. He truly reinforces the foundations on which all else should be built. Thanks Coach!

I came here seeking honest feedback.
I came here seeking honest feedback. This company has done a lot of self-promotion, even through paid reviews scattered online. I watched their sales video and was immediately put off by the sketchy style of "look at all this value for just this," and "use your credit card, we allow it," and finally, "this deal runs out in t minus 10 minutes." These are clearly shady tactics, so if you hurried to give them your cash and you’re an adult, you should make someone else responsible for your finances. I chuckled at the "this is worth it, right? Absolutely!" talk throughout the whole video. After all, this mind trick works on apple users and gets them to buy the same phone year after year. Real companies don't use bribes and fear to seal a deal. The truth is, a real company would just hire a call center to handle everything and boost their profits. Remember, if it's too good to be true, it likely isn't. Check out the bad reviews below, and you'll quickly see this company keeps asking for more and more money. Why wouldn't they? You fell for the first trick, so why not a few more? Learn from your mistakes and inform those you care about to be careful with their cash.
