This company charges my card the original amount of $19.99 and then immediately after I cancelled the subscription I was charged an additional $49.00. They refunded $24.00 then turned around and charged everything all over again. Very bad business.

I have signed up and enjoyed the video but the chat has me confused as I have seen videos with the same guy online with different names and also they reply very fast in the chat so it seems like AI but they say it is not

Each response felt automated, transactional, and dismissive—like my health and time didn’t matter. They only relented after escalating through 25%, 50%, and 75% offers. It was exhausting. The app itself wasn’t helpful either: promising concept, but mostly just reading and writing exercises-also robotic. If you’re thinking of subscribing, make sure it’s a perfect fit—because if you need support, you’ll be met with scripts and the process will likely be exhausting.

They make it impossible to cancel the subscription after the trail period. You can only access payment information from the website, not the app. And you have limited access in the app to the programs without additional charges. This is clickbate and isn't worth the $54 a month they are charging.
