I will say this about Bob Diamond. I liked taking the course. I spent more than $2000.00 to work with his firm. Within 2 months I had earned back my first investment. Hey Blueprint family!

I’m really getting into a rhythm and there’s no stopping now. I’ve been teaching my future mother & sister in law about the overage business and now they’re part of my research & outreach crew. They managed to find the lead from the county list and contact them by email after skiptracing. I’ve gotten pretty good at explaining what we do and how we help. Of course, some people always doubt and think you’re trying to scam them but that doesn’t stop my goal of helping as many people as I can. My first deal was quite a challenge.

You could say it was a trial by fire. I found a property in Georgia in April 2023 for $15,328.00. It had two owners, a dissolved LLC, and one individual. When I reached out, the LLC owner wanted to collect the funds himself, but his partner preferred me to manage everything. Since I couldn’t convince him, I stepped back and let him try. I marked the lead as “follow up” in my tracking sheet, thinking they might face issues. I was right. About six weeks later, I called again. This time both owners wanted me to handle the deal. The county rep gave me all the extra paperwork needed, including an affidavit for the LLC owner showing his status in the dissolved LLC. There was a field called “shares issued.” My client put “0” instead of “1.” The county attorney said the funds couldn’t be paid to the LLC owner or the other owner because the policy didn’t allow payment to a corporation with zero shares. I explained the mistake and asked to refile, but the answer was no, which was disappointing. Luckily, the county attorney offered a workaround — the dissolved LLC’s agent could sign an affidavit meeting the county’s requirements. We sent that affidavit, and the funds were paid about three weeks later. I’ve been using York county’s list since I started this business in 2022. They updated their 2023 sales and this lead showed up on their claim list. Facebook is a big skip tracing tool for me because of my large network, plus I went to college in this county and made many connections. I tracked down the nephew of the last living daughter of the claimant’s who passed away. I talked with him first, and he connected me to his aunt. The sign-up was a bit tricky since we had to set up an estate for two claimants owning 50% each. They died in NJ, so I had to set up the estate where they passed, not where the property was. The property fell behind on taxes because after the main owners died, no family was close enough to handle it. Hellen, who now calls me her “nephew,” and I talk almost every day. We built a strong relationship, and she said she’ll use the money recovered as a down payment on a condo. She even sent me a birthday card last month! The Overages Blueprint course is not really

The Overages Blueprint course is not really what it promises and is not worth the $1,497 price. The material includes difficult legal tasks and cold calling, which makes it hard for those who are just starting out. Also, it feels wrong to profit from people who have already lost so much, and some laws in certain states make this process even harder. The suggested commission rates (up to 40%) are very high and seem unfair. In the end, the course doesn’t live up to its claims of being easy and profitable. I wouldn't recommend it.

I just got my first check, and it was super cool to open the mailbox and see it inside. I found the lead by calling the county's Tax Commissioner's office and asking for the list of excess funds. I did a skip trace to locate the claimant's contact details. Unfortunately, the claimant had passed away, but the wife picked up the phone and was really helpful. She agreed to the process right away and was really pleased since this money was a surprise for her. This first win will push me to keep going. This business helps folks while also making a profit, which I think is a win-win. I recently handled my 7th or 8th claim. I discovered the lead on the Superior Court website through Delaware's Project Rightful Owner site. I sent a letter to the claimant, who got back to me, and we finalized the deal. The claimant wasn't too doubtful, but the case got trickier with divorce and Family Court matters added by the lawyer I usually work with. An attorney is needed in Delaware for Overage claims. There was a remaining HELOC after the mortgage was settled at the Sheriff Sale that had to be resolved first, but there was still about 60K left to be claimed. The Judge granted my claimant half of that sum, with the other half going to an uncooperative partner. In the end, my claimant was very happy and will use the money to buy a much-needed used car. I'll use my commission to pay off some vendors and debts. I appreciate Bob Diamond and his team for their help whenever I had questions or issues. As for my thoughts on the business, it has become quite competitive recently, especially in Delaware, and I feel lucky to get a one or two percent response rate at most. This has made it a bit tough in the last few years. Nonetheless, I value this business as it has spared me from needing a part-time job in my retirement—one of those jobs with a generous ten-minute bathroom break! I’ve used all sorts of marketing methods, including phone, email (my favorite), and letters. All have yielded results. My biggest claim earned my company 43K for a foreign judgement against an uncooperative former homeowner. The Judgement Creditor was great to work with! That was a joyful day for my family.
