I've used the Sauna tent for a year, really great gadget👍 Just got the cold plunge tub and X2 chiller. It's amazing to jump from the hot sauna into the cold plunge I keep at 5 degrees. My sleep is better now with both at home... Really love it🤟

Great customer service, setup video very simple and easy to understand. Product is amazing. Really enjoy both my infrared sauna pod and my ice bath that I’ve had for 6 months now!

Really nice portable sauna
Really nice portable sauna and the best thing is that you can bring it anywhere! Works really good and gives the same effect as a regular steam sauna.

Very disappointing
I purchased a chiller and ice bath less than a year ago and have had constant issues from the start. Every time I contact support, I receive automated responses with no real help. After months of emails, I was sent a replacement — which I had to pay for — even though my unit was still under warranty. The new chiller has the same faults and now doesn’t work at all. Customer service no longer replies, and three friends I referred have had identical problems. Terrible experience overall — poor product quality and zero accountability. Avoid this company. Customer service has completely ignored my follow-up emails. I also referred three friends who bought the same product, and all of them have experienced similar issues. Very disappointing experience overall — both the product and support have been terrible. I would not recommend this company.
