Install was standard. The learning curve for Views and conditional logic took a day, then it clicked. Templates sped setup. Some features need premium add-ons, but it’s my go-to for complex forms.

I felt empowered building a directory with Views, no custom code. Styling needed CSS polish, but logic is rock solid. After launch, I was confident handing it to clients to manage entries.

When the mortgage calc worked on the first try, I fist bumped the air. Clients love it. Feels pro.

I am really grateful for the support team and FF after 1 year of using it. I am not a coder or a developer. I started with simple surveys on FF a few years ago and then moved to more complex, multi-layered surveys that include conditional logic and registered users a year ago. The forms work well and they keep updating the features regularly. The "Mike" videos are very helpful, clear, and fun to watch because of his humor. And the support team is amazing. They are professional, quick to respond, and go the extra mile, like when they made a 4-minute video explaining steps (for creating a view) that I couldn't figure out from the documentation. I managed to implement it successfully!! When I ran into an issue, I received a very helpful response from a different support category and also from the co-founder. The issue was handled fast and respectfully, and it was solved. It's been a 5-star experience. Thanks to everyone.

I’ve been using FP for years.

I’ve been using FP for years. Had an odd issue where FP just wouldn’t work on a client’s site. The FP team kept at it until they got it fixed. Of course, we did what they asked on our side, but in the end, they managed to sort out my “unique” problem. Thanks Jonathan and the FP support team!

I’ve been using Formidable for 8 years and it’s been really good. I’ve only contacted tech support a couple of times, but having a license and access to helpdesk support is super helpful when you run into issues. Responses are quick. I haven’t needed help often, but the helpdesk always gets me unstuck. This time, Toyin sent a useful video and his replies were clear and helped me figure out the problem with my form.
