I am really grateful for the support team and FF after 1 year of using it. I am not a coder or a developer. I started with simple surveys on FF a few years ago and then moved to more complex, multi-layered surveys that include conditional logic and registered users a year ago. The forms work well and they keep updating the features regularly. The "Mike" videos are very helpful, clear, and fun to watch because of his humor. And the support team is amazing. They are professional, quick to respond, and go the extra mile, like when they made a 4-minute video explaining steps (for creating a view) that I couldn't figure out from the documentation. I managed to implement it successfully!! When I ran into an issue, I received a very helpful response from a different support category and also from the co-founder. The issue was handled fast and respectfully, and it was solved. It's been a 5-star experience. Thanks to everyone.
