Despite investing $20,000 two years ago, I'm still without the promised program. The migration was botched after 14 months, and their support fell short. Even after seeking help, they deemed the contract fulfilled. Now, they insist on more funds, citing additional programming needs. I've engaged in extensive dialogue with them, but to no avail. For further insight, I've shared my experience on my YouTube channel. It's disheartening to face such obstacles after investing significant time and money. Their lack of accountability and resolution leaves much to be desired, casting doubt on their professionalism and integrity.
