I’ve been using Beautiful AI for about 4-5 years now. As a public speaker, I give multiple talks each month, and this software has really helped me. It lets me concentrate on giving a good speech instead of worrying about small design details on my slides. I really appreciate this tool, and the team has always been responsive to feedback since the early days of the product's launch. I honestly recommend this product to everyone involved in public speaking.

This is now my preferred presentation tool. It took a little while to figure out workflows that weren't just copying PowerPoint methods to BAI, but after some time, I found it helped boost both creativity and efficiency in my work.

I was billed for a whole year of service after I signed up for the free trial. I contacted them via their form, and they returned my money in less than a week. I'm still not fond of their pricing, so be cautious.

The company still doesn't understand

The company still doesn't understand customer service or follow the advice from their negative reviews. They didn't send a reminder email for the trial and charged the full subscription price, even though I haven't used the product since the first trial. Bad service, clunky interface, unhelpful support, and a product that is poorly advertised and not useful.

I tried the service for a couple of days

I tried the service for a couple of days, and after cancelling (because it was terrible), I saw they charged me $144. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid it. I even reached out to their support team, but as expected, no one replied, so don't believe their response to my review.
