I was billed for a whole year of service after I signed up for the free trial. I contacted them via their form, and they returned my money in less than a week. I'm still not fond of their pricing, so be cautious.

The company still doesn't understand customer service or follow the advice from their negative reviews. They didn't send a reminder email for the trial and charged the full subscription price, even though I haven't used the product since the first trial. Bad service, clunky interface, unhelpful support, and a product that is poorly advertised and not useful.

I tried the service for a couple of days, and after cancelling (because it was terrible), I saw they charged me $144. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid it. I even reached out to their support team, but as expected, no one replied, so don't believe their response to my review.
