At first, they sent me the wrong order because of a mistake from the supplier, but Féline Skinscience apologized a lot. They gave me a store credit for the full price. Now, I am waiting for the right product to arrive. Great customer care.

I tried the color changing foundation! It was a great choice, I always struggle to find the right shade for my skin, but with Feline changing foundation I feel no stress at all. It matchs my skin perfectly.

SCAM COMPANY - Avoid!!!!!
They steal money from your account, say there is an option on the email link to cancel (there is not!) then on the website advises to email customer service to cancel. Customer service do not bother to respond. However, they ship in 24hours and the email automated response says that someone will reply in 48-72 hours which means it is already shipped so you are unable to cancel! It can be returned at the customer's own expense...absolutely sly AF! This is not the way to gain customer's trust or run a business. On a side note, the product is crap! Does not work. I threw the 2nd bottle away as not worth the expense of returning it to the Netherlands. Yet they help themselves to your money a couple of weeks after you receive the initial order. Absolute RIP OFF!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! *UPDATE - After posting a review, I was quickly contacted by the company to offer a store credit or a refund if I updated or removed the review. (Amazing how fast they respond to a negative review but it takes 2-3 days to respond to paying customers). I asked for the refund. However, I was then told after they would ONLY refund when the review was removed!!! Totally contradicting their earlier offer. **** has been quite rude and going back on her word to refund unless it is removed. Im not going to be blackmailed by this company into removing an honest experience so others can be tricked into thinking the ratings are genuine.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH NO ANSWERS AFTER CHARGING ME 3 MONTHS
I was not aware at all I had clicked a monthly subscription on a cream, who needs a cream every month?? I'm trying to cancel and only they say to send an e mail, I keep sending emails and nothing is done. Is the third cream I receive, I have a lot of stress and anxiety due to that, NO ANSWER AT ALL! Three orders shipped and I only confirmed one- **** + **** + **** . I'm 100% sure there's a box for monthly delivery already clicked or confusing , as I see I'm not the only one with the problem. PLEASE ANSWER!!! I'm not even sure you exist!
